They are horrible at communication, customer service & making sure their work is accurate at all times. Everytime I have any sort or question or problem I have to basically harass Lauren to find an answer yet they will harass you for a REVIEW as soon as they do something nice for you. They are nice people so you feel somewhat lured in. I would only recommend them because I did find a great company to work for but even with timesheets, emails & important questions they are very irresponsible. Management needs to do better before it drives a good company to shambles.

I can't speak for the company as a whole and I may have had an exception case, but my entire experience with my recruiter contact was horrendous. Every email included some type of miscommunication, including incorrectly being told that my initial screening interview when I was on vacation was actually a final, recorded video interview being sent to the employer for the job I was applying for, then was asked to schedule an interview for the wrong week, and finally was told the day before a scheduled final interview with the same employer that they were no longer hiring for the position because their circumstances had changed.

While that may have been out of TriStarr's control, I do believe better communication and transparency would have been appropriate and professional. Hopefully other recruiters are more effective at handling their contacts, but I have nothing good to say about my overall experience.

Very bad experience with this company. Applied for a job at the vaccine clinic, was told they were SO busy and SO desperate for staffing so went to an orientation where we were all told how frantically busy they are, filled out a bunch of tax documents and other paperwork, and took time out of my schedule to schlep to a lab and get a drug test. And so far? Had not gotten one shift in 2 weeks and FINALLY had one coming this Saturday.and just got a notice that it had been cancelled.

I haven't lived here that long so maybe there are no other options but i sure wouldn't want to rely on this very disorganized place for work. What a waste of my time dealing with them has been. How can a company whose job is STAFFING be so completely off on their needs?
