We look for the people skills that are essential in every top performer. We aggressively apply what we've learned through experience: A candidate might be a technical genius, but if that candidate lacks the attitude, enthusiasm or personality to bring success to our client's IT project, then we wish him good day and good luck!

Originally from upstate NY, Mark moved to Atlanta to work for Arthur Andersen after graduating from Auburn University. After his career with AA&Co, Mark started Decision Resources and focused on delivering project management services to Atlanta area clients. In 1995, he and Paul founded ProActive with the mission of helping their clients Staff Smarter and Spend Less.
