Since 2011, Priority one staffing has been there for me and has treated me like family. I can honestly say without the hard work and dedication that this staff has shown me, I would be unemployed and with few options. No matter how many times I come back to Priority one they have my back and for that I am eternally grateful!

I had incident with this company that could easily been settled in professional manner. Instead the receptionist accused me of not showing up to work and was very rude. I called and reached out to Ronnie the owner and she was very indifferent! They also took extra money out of my pay and said it was for some sort of taxes but the money is not reflected on my w2s. This company is not worth the stress and little pay. Stay away!

I've been working contracts through P1 for a decade and have had nothing but good experiences. The staff are excellent with communication, expectations for contracts are always clear, and payroll is always on time. The team at P1 have further always been flexible in working around other contracts or responsibilities I've had.

I got a call about a housekeeping position, did the background check and filled out other forms online. I was told all I had to do next was get a flu shot then I could start that next Monday. I got a call 2 days later from someone name yasmine saying I didn't get the job because they're looking for people with experience. I had asked the person that FIRST called me about the job if I had to have any experience and she told me no because I would be shadowing somebody! A waste of time

Priority One has greatly helped me get my feet grounded here in Bmore. I moved here on a whim and was working a part time gig when I found Priority One. It didn't take long at all for me to find a placement, and I am still working at the gig they gave, 5 months later. Even after I got a full time job, they were flexible enough to move me to part time until I'm ready to step away. Tracy was my point person and has been nothing but kind and helpful to me the entire time.

Shout out to Anne as well for calling me in case I forgot to enter my time for a week (I was actually off) I'd like to thank Priority One for getting me stable and a supplying me with a great job and good skills I could use going forward in my life.

I was invited in for an appointment with Brittany on 12/14/2018. I arrived to the appointment dressed in professional attire while the entire office was dressed in jeans and tennis shoes. I had trouble locating the office, so I contacted the agency for directions. The receptionist was very rude to me and would not provide me with any helpful information.

When I finally arrived to this office, I informed the receptionist that I was there for my appointment. After meeting with the Brittany, the recruiter, I was immediately informed that the position for which I applied was filled the same day that my appointment was. I was disappointed because the following day, I was required to take a 4 hour adobe acrobat assessment to even qualify for the position.

How ironic it is that this office requires for candidates to be at a level of mastery in this application, while this agency is still using paper applications and forms. The recruiter informed me that they only have file clerk positions available for me at that point. I accepted the position and left the office, under the impression that they were going to conduct a background screening.

On my way home, I called the office to inquire about the processing fee for the background screening and if I would be responsible for the fee out of pocket. The receptionist informed me that they cover the fee. A few minutes later, the so called office manager called me and told me that my demeanor was belligerent and that I could no longer be considered represent their business for that reason and that she was no longer going to place me in an assignment.

When I attempted to inquire about how I came off this way, she refused to provide any details about that. I then asked this person what her name because she did not identify herself at any point during the call. She then because very belligerent with me stating that she does not have identify herself to me and that she was going to escalate my concern to the Vice President of the company.

How ironic is it that my demeanor was unacceptable when this woman was displaying the exact same behavior. When I inquired about the name of the Vice President, she refused to provide me the name of this person as well. I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior in my life by a business. And the fact that this is a black owned business, displaying this level of unprofessionalism is very sad. I reported this business to the BBB in hopes of addressing this issue.

Very unprofessional, was offered a job in their office so I turned down another job, I was told to be at the office at 9:30 by shamone well come to find out I was suppose to be their at 8:30. Previously she followed me outside the day I was offered the job to tell me about her coworker Tracy an how I should watch out for her if I work there because she was sneaky and tries to sabotage people but whole time she was the sneaky one.

I thought Latisha was nice but she had the nerve to tell me I shouldn't have turned down another job and ask me why was a dwelling on what happen, because it's irrelevant. I could say more but I'm not, I should have listened when I was told by someone else not to deal with this company. It's sad that it's always your own kind that chooses to be unprofessional or vet a position and think they are better.

Great Service, they made sure everything was explained clearly. What I did notice when I went there is that the people waiting to be seen were expecting exceptions to be made for them and got upset when they were told no. Example someone wanted a job but had a lip ring and was told it would need to be removed and asked if the staffing company would talk to the employer because they didn't want to take it out.

When told no they were talking trash about not getting the job and about the lady who told her no. Tracy seems to be very professional and clear. I can see by the candidates that she was interviewing why she may need to be firm in what she says. I have had nothing but great interactions with everyone at this company
