Mrs jones was a wonderful help today. I spoke with her briefly about works program. She was very helpful in assisting me. Thank you Mrs. jones!

Not crowded and was helped quickly.they are closed for lunch from 1pm-2pm.

They won't disclose if they are able to help if you already got a license. I got all exticed they were going to help me with my program. Then told me they couldn't help because of I was already licensed for 2016. Wasted my time goin in and out of appointment. Now I wanted a second opinion and now the director of WIOA Jenifer woorels think people like me who are not worth her time she can't even email or call me back after leaving various messages.

Eddy will always find time when someone needs help in their career. He always approaches situations understanding and being respectful.

Talked with a lady on the phone for an hour trying to sign in to DEO with no luck. She asked if we could come in to the office. We did and problrm was solved in 5 minutes.

Very curt individual working upfront in the receptionist area. Unnecessarily curt. Borderline rude. Even to the older people who are clearly not up to date with technology. Very shameful.

Pleasant customer service. They will help you get what's needed. If not they will tell you how to get it. They expanded the computer area for job searches. Mask and six feet separation is a must.

In this office has a rude person in the receptionist place and he is not like to help people, not has any flexibility, not help you to find other people in the same office. And help you to lose your time because he is very aggresive and he doesnt like to hear you what do you have to explain to speak with the correct person. This man, the company have to remove to other area because he's not has a good customer service unfortunely.

Alicia and her team that is dedicated to resolving wage determination issues are absolutely amazing. I had been in pending purgatory forever with no help from DEO after countless phone calls, emails, and faxes. I called career sources, left my info. They return my phone call one business day later and they fixed. Thank you!
