I've reached out to Personnel World in search of work a couple times and each time I came away with a start date. Communication is always on point. Best placement agency in Lansing.

Very rude place! They do not give updates or call back. I have done assessments and passed and was turned away. Waited for two other position and Again, never called back or gave any updates. Every time I call they blame it on the client. I would have felt better if I was simply told they wouldn't like to do business with me. I honestly think they prejudge people before giving them a chance. Please be careful! Don't turn down any other positions for this company. They are Untruthful and Dishonest.!

Kent is one of the best when it comes to professionalism. Job placement is so important these day, you should consider filling that position with someone that knows the ins and outs.

The office off Creyts in Lansing is nice. Very friendly staff and helpful. They are really committed to getting you placed at great companies with great pay that fits your skill set. I couldn't be happier with assignment and I hope to become permanent. But regardless I know I'm in good hands with the team at Personnel World. Thank you very much.

I can't say enough about how great this company is. I was with them for over two years. They placed me in some great positions from the beginning. I was with my 2nd assignment for over a 1 year and a 1/2. The great owners sold the Company and I was released of my duties. I let Personnel World know that I would need to be placed in another assignment as soon as possible.

The staff is very professional, kind, and caring. And I'm very thankful they were able to find a job that was a perfect fit! One of the best temp agencies thus far.

I have been working through these guys for a few months now and between having to switch my shifts, to switching workplaces due to shutdowns, they have always been accommodating and very responsive. If I email them they get back to me within that same day, unless it is after hours then I hear back the next morning. But overall a very professional place to work through.

They had a welcoming staff. Victoria was super friendly. They do make you do an interview, but they will try to help. They are easy to stay in contact with. Text, email, phone calls. They will alert you about jobs with text if you want. Easy to talk to. Easy to work with.

Every one is really friendly and helpful, all the front desk people, the owner, and other staff (such as payroll, etc I've had to speak to). Pretty quick to find you work in a week or two or some times even a few days. I really have to shout out to Paige who really saved my butt and helped me line up a full time job in a day. Now I no longer have to work 3 jobs 7 days a week just to scrape by. I really recommend them over the multitude of temps in Lansing I've used.
