Critical: Quality Hired them to deep lean my house. The company did not tel the gal that I was wanting a deep clean so she was not prepared. The gal friendly, however I feel like she had not been trained on what true deep cleaning is. When she left my house was just as durty as before she came.

Omgosh! How can anyone be in business with the way they obviously DO NOT vet their people. We had a clean last week (the day before we were moving in) and we were promised, "We will do a great job! You will be able to recommend us to your clients!" NOT SO! What did that person do for FOUR hours in this house?!?! Not one cleaning detail was finished properly. THIS is not a company you can trust.

I spoke with the Manager and she was pathetically uncaring. THAT kind of person deserves not our respect OR $$$. STEER CLEAR! I wish I had read the former review and I would have never wasted our valuable time in "hiring" them. They may be "Happy Housekeepers", but you will NOT be!

The staff arrived right on time bringing in their own equipments and also wearing PPE. Upon arrival, they immediately started cleaning. They totally did a wonderful job. Would definitely recommend them!

Called them. Set up a time. Cleaner came then said she wasnt feeling good and had to go home but she would come back the next day. Never did. At least Im not out any money

I contracted with them to deep clean a house, but I was very disappointed when the mopping wasn't done, there were still coffee grounds on the floor, the walls were still dirty, and the garbage had not been hauled off as discussed. They are friendly enough on the phone, but the service was pretty lackluster. I won't be using them again, or recommending them to anyone I like.

I use to work for personnel plus, which owns happy house keepers. What people get when they call happy housekeepers is ANY CURRENT TEMP STAFF EMPLOYEE That happens to be available that day to work, irregardless of their criminal background or prior job training, or lack there of.

They sent me a poorly trained temp worker. She was so slow and was more interested in talking about her hardships than working. I wasn't going to complain because I felt sorry for her. Unfortunately, the worst part is that when she was done my brand new granite counter tops were ruined by some abrasive chemical. There are discolored holes etched in it!

The company is blaming it on me! The lady at personnel plus said "there's not much i can do." I didn't stand over her shoulder to make sure she was doing everything right (because I was busy cleaning as well) but I didn't think I should have to if I called a "professional" company to do the job. It's not like granite counters are some exhautic uncommon material no one knows how to clean properly. I'm just beyond disappointed.

I engaged this cleaning service after trying several others in the area, and by far Happy Housekeepers is superior to the rest. Highly recommend!

Unhappiest Housekeepers is more like it. Planned to have my home cleaned ~month ago, got a call the night before that their cleaner quit but they'd try to get someone to fill in. I had to call them twice to get an update. Never happened. Figured I'd give them a 2nd shot. Guess what? #2 was a no show this weekend. My husband called twice to let them know no one showed up & to find a replacement. Again, never happened.

But this time, they made sure to tell me & my husband that the person would be 'fired Monday morning.' As any responsible business owner or manager knows, these details are unprofessional & placing the blame on an individual, not taking responsibility. I then had the joy of hearing, 'there's nothing we can do.' Really? Nothing you can do?

How about fulfill your obligation to ensure your appts are kept and the customer is happy. One person quits, another is a no show within weeks.sounds like the unhappiest place on earth. Oh and of course the manager never called me as I requested. Steer clear of this company & their management.

They are very unorganized, they send a different person each time. Don't use them, there are plenty of other housekeepers in town.
