PDS was extremely professional in my hiring process. Stacy did a wonderful job keeping me informed and providing various interview options that fit my time and schedule. She was very timely in answering all my questions and concerns and providing me with updates. Covid-19 has impacted many businesses, employees, and the hiring process. Therefore, I was a extra cautious. Luckily, Stacy checked on me after my interviews and let me know of my status.

A few weeks after I was hired, I even received a letter in the mail from Stacy wishing me luck and reassuring me she was there if I needed anything. Thank you, PDS for the great support and assistance in helping me obtain a wonderful job that I love.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value If they contact you just ignore them. Peter Phan which seems like a fake name is one of the most disingenuous people I've ever met.

I received a random phone call from a gentleman. They were suppose to represent me to Honeywell. They had me do on boarding. And one of them called me twice about a job on me resume asking me the same question repeatedly. Was suppose to start on January 24th. Gave them all my information someone last name PatrickMahoney and a onboarding rep. I was told i was a hoax. I i was so embarrassed. They have all my information. Be careful guys. Blaire. Was from on boarding.

Not sure if I should trust the company. I've been looking for working off and on for year due to a prevoupr layoff. I get a random email about a company that would fit my experience. The guy that called BARELY could speak clear English but I continued with the phone call. He had me email him since I couldn't make out what he was saying. I really felt bad but I truly couldn't make out what he was saying.

Then he told me to sign a right to represent form. I noticr his email said he was in Texas but the contract to represent had PDS Tech on it. So basically this was now a 2nd third party that will get me reviewed for a position at a company in TX (makes no sense to me). So I debated a bit to sign it because I felt strange that a 3rd party has a 3rd party.

So after a few hours I figured in wasnt going to sign and go on about my life. Well he called and wondered why I hadn't sent the document. I asked why his email said TX and so on. well he was calling from India and works for PDS Texh. I told him I would send it when I got home because I was driving. Then he asked could I send it right away and do so by phone to get it in.

At that moment I realized they must get paid by sending so many right to represents. And this would explain comments and my experience of sending my resume and so on and then you hear nothing. I don't know if it's a scam since they do ask for last 4 of ssn and month and date of birth but I'm over it. I will now be just using them to find out the company and applying to them directly.

I worked with them for 3 years and rarely ever had a problem! If a problem arose, it was always handled in a timely manner. My recruiter as well as their entire staff was nothing more than helpful. They literally went above and beyond.

Too uneducated recruiters! They do not even know that there is no difference between permanent resident and green card holder! It is the basic of your job, imagine these recruiters want to help you to find a job! Isn't it ridiculous?! They posted junior level position but their recruiter asked me for more experiences! Super uneducated people!

My experience is similar to some I've read. Offered a job in Tulsa from a recruiter who said I was submitted then heard absolutely nothing from him afterward. Won't answer phone calls at office or his cell. This is the Senior Aviation recruiter supposedly.

Terribly dishonest people who are also very unorganized. While working via this staffing agency I found myself being transferred like a hot potato without word. 3 different managers in a year (Cant keep'm I guess). A new Acct Mgr would take over my profile and not contact you, let alone give you a reply. They were also not honest about the pay they could get you.

They would tell me the company I would go to work at would only pay max of so much. I found from several others some where making anywhere from a dollar less to 3 dollars more an hour. They also do not back you when there is a disgruntled situation. They will only side with the company you are working for, no matter how bad the grievance or abuse is.

When I reported my grievance I was retaliated against/terminated without any given reason. Almost 2 years of dedication, hard working and high performance, and their lack of having the employees back. The Director of PDS stated he would support me and go after the company for this inappropriate and abusive behavior. Nothing was ever followed up on.

In fact I was told to only contact via emails as they wanted to document our conversations and would not assist me over the phone. They would not even inform me of the reason for dismissal. Then they did try to report to Unemployment after almost 2 months of benefits and them being contacted a 2nd time by the State, giving them a reason: that I was being inappropriate trying to rally the other disgruntled people there against the TL.

They were trying to have my benefits not only denied, but I would have had to pay all MY BENEFITS back. Long story short, I WON! kept my benefits and continued receiving them despite their dishonesty. When I had contacted them requesting to know WHAT the reason was for termination, the refused to tell me. They don't seem to think you have a right to know.

Its funny how almost 2 months pass and now they have a reason? The truth of the matter: I was terminated in thee companies retaliation. Others before me had come forward in complaint against this Team Leader. The Director there already had a sit down with this guy about his abusive behavior. My complaint would have had that guy fired. Easier to get ride of the boat rocker I guess then own up to the abuse and numerous other disgruntled employees too afraid to speak out for fear of losing their jobs.

What year is this? Do we not have human rights and the right be be treated with respect? I am not purchase property, you do not own me. Bringing forth my grievance to the company, I was let go without any reason. just contract terminated. Do you people not know what 'Wrongful Termination is? Long story short. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE if you value yourself, as they do not. They are simply car salesman that are out or their money and don't give a rats rear end about you. They are only out for themselves.

I was contacted by a PDS Tech rep and was presented a position that seemed to match my skills and experience. From the start, she seemed to be unable to clearly describe the position. She told me it was a new position so she didn't have all the details. She told me she would provide details when she received them. I told her I was interested and she emailed me a behavioral questionnaire which included around 400 questions.

After three calls to her voice mail, she still would not reply to my request for a status on the job. I emailed her a week later and she replied by email that I did not have enough experience. If she knew this why would she even call me? Obviously, PDS does not hire professional recruiters, account manager or sales people. They simply give job seekers false hope, get them to agree to the "right to represent" agreement just so they can meet their quota for the week or month. The reach out to people knowing the job is not even real, they just need to make their numbers to justify their existence. Stay away from this company.

I was contacted by a PDS Tech representative about a position with Honeywell. The representative called me and described the position to me, the position requirements fitted my experience which led me to accept the assignment. To confirm the position I had to express consent/approval for the position (which I did through an email). That was 4 days ago, including 3 left voice messages.

I dont know what the problem is with PDS Tech Representatives but I do not have time to be wasted on false hope. PDS Tech found my resume on career builder and contacted me for the position not the other way around. Please train your representative better
