OPTI Staffing Group

Seems like they're a personal data collection center vs a staffing agency. Terrible experience all around. I could write a short story with the experience I had. The lack of consideration for others time displayed by the staffing agents here is unfathomable. I can't believe this is the way of doing business these days.

I walked into Opti after visiting a couple staffing agencies. I knew as soon as I met Michelle that she is a high performer. Through my experience Michelle has been proactive, positive, and a genuine pleasure to work with. Michelle qualified my job opportunities the first day we met and I was taking two interviews each week until I found the perfect fit. Thank you for all the hard work you do Michelle!

My relationship with Opti in Tukwila has been exceptional. Andrew runs a fantastic office with equally fantastic employees. Honorable mentions first. Tanya is a timekeeping guru and immediately addressed any issues and questions so quickly and efficiently. Nicole follows in those footsteps and both always answer the phone with a welcoming tone. I began with Ally, who conducts the best and most personalized interview and placed me on my first assignment. A great match. Then I worked with Cynthia. Truly, I can't say enough about her. I will say she is the most pleasant and dedicated recruiter I've worked with (and I was signed up with 4 agencies at the same time). She loves her job. She made me feel valued and took my wants and desires into consideration throughout. If I am ever in need of placement again, she will be my first call.

Thanks to Opti staffing I was able to find a job that fit all of the criterias I was looking to fill. I had an interview with them on a Saturday and later received my first interview with a company on that following Weds. Cynthia Rodriguez always went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable where I was working. She took the time to make follow up calls to talk about my experience with the new company. Additionally, she hand delivered my first check when my pay card was not working for me. It is incredibly obvious that Cynthia has made it her goal for others to be successful. I have nothing but good things to say about Opti staffing.

Opti is such an awesome staffing agency. It was my first time going to an staffing agency. When you get there everything is on point and on time. The receptionist is very friendly. My recruiter, Ally is probably one of the nicest people I've ever met. She got me a job right away and always never too late to inform me on what I need to do. She is super friendly and bonded with me. Always, she responds to my e-mail and calls right away. She really does deserves this 5 star rating. This ones for you Ally!

I worked with Gillian at Opti Staffing, she is by far the best recruiter I have ever worked with and their have been several! Gillian was in constant contact with me weather the client was one of hers or someone elses in the office. She was completely upfront with me on all issues and believe me she is the first recruiter to do that. She never left me wondering what was going on.

My experience with Opti Staffing Group is nothing short of amazing! The staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. As an employer I was not impressed with the level of professionalism. I complained about a unqualified employee to the representative that sent her to me. I was hoping for feed back and a possible solution. She told the employee what I had said. This caused hurt feelings and the employee quit. I tried a different employee but they did not work out either.

I have to agree with Ellen D. Opti Staffing will contact you about an open position, then you never hear from them again. Unprofessional should be part of their name.

This seems to be a huge waste of time for jobseekers. they will contact you, yet not offer any positions.
