I have worked at OU for close to 7 years. While working here, OU has given me the opportunity to explore my interests and expand my career path. The leadership philosophy and culture are one of positivity and encouragement for staff members, as well as our persons served, to reach their highest potential.

Horrible place to work. Snooty HR manager as well as horrible management. I do not recommend this job for anyone as it's a waste of time.

In july I will be celebrating my 15th year with OU. It has been the best job I have ever had. I have seen some wonderful residents do things I was not sure I would ever see. To be a part of that warms your heart. To see smiles when you approach a house really tugs at your heart. The organization, from those higher up to those at my level, is full of caring people that I consider extended family. I recommend OU as a great place to work to anyone who asks!

My son was with OU as a client for over 15 years. He moved into one of their staffed independent living homes with 3 roomates for 10 months. He made a complaint about 2 of the staff, and all of a sudden he's being evicted over behaviors that warranted an emergency eviction. Yet no one ever contacted me about these behaviors prior to that. I tell you my honest opinion of their head HCBS staff, wolves in sheep's clothing!

They are horrible to work for. The HRname Brittany is a rude person who yelled at my mother for getting sick and getting a doctor note then fired her because she was sick. If you work there you better not get sick or any of your kids get sick because they will get mad at you.
