Avoid North Bridge Staffing and more importantly Rachael Shoener. Met her in person then it took 3 days to forward me a job description which she supposed send me right after the intake interview. "Apologies for the delay in response. I was sick yesterday and not responding to my emails. Citadel unfortunately requires a 3.5 GPA to interview for their positions.
The Hub Jr. Recruiting Coordinator information is below. Company: Hub International Position: Recruiting Coordinator Reason for Opening: BUSY Responsibilities: Light sourcing high volume entry level transactional Accounting/Finance positions (ie cash application roles) for two finance centers located in Riverside, California and Colmbia and phone screening them.

I was rushed by my recruiter to quit my job bc she said the employer she was trying to set me up with wanted me to start ASAP, without me being able to give a 2 week notice. If I did not work with another recruiting agency that was actually able to help me find a wonderful job with a great company, I would have been out of a job due to the poor advice and hope I was given through North Bridge Staffing. ADVICE TO ANYONE THINKING OF SEEKING EMPLOYMENT THROUGH THEM: Make sure you're not only working with them bc most likely you will be let down.

I was referred to North Bridge by a friend, among some other agencies, but North Bridge was the only one to deliver. I went in for a quick interview to provide some general information and detail my wants and needs. I was called within a few weeks with an opportunity. That temporary position has now turned into a permanent one and I am very grateful for everyone at North Bridge's assistance during my assignment.

My experience with North Bridge was both positive and successful! When I inquired about North Bridge they were very quick to respond and provided me with helpful information on how to proceed. I first met with Allison who was so great with going over my resume and asking what I was looking for so they can find a suitable fit. Shortly after, I was contacted by another recruiter, Jill, to set up an interview for a possible three month assignment.
North Bridge provided me very useful tips to prepare for the interview. Thanks to North Bridge that temp assignment has now become full time in an environment I've always dreamed of working at! During my assignment my recruiter Jill and North Bridge staff remained helpful and communicative when I had any questions, concerns, etc. They are a great agency to work with and I would absolutely recommend them.

North Bridge has been very regular about contacting me for work since I signed on 3 months ago. Sometimes I hear from a different recruiter there each week, but they have offered me many assignments. They've been able to find me more per hour than other staffing agencies so far. Keep up the good work!

WOW! I feel so lucky to have been assigned to my company by North Bridge. Here's how it all went down: I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted via phone. The North Bridge representative explained in great detail what her role was and why she was contacting me. I immediately felt comfortable with the company and scheduled a preliminary interview at the North Bridge location.
The interview went unbelievably well, my recruiter was an amazing communicator and all my nerves flew out the door as soon as we started talking. Apparently, I had the skill set that matched what the hiring company was looking for and they decided on having me in for an official interview. The great part is, I had an advantage because I had my recruiter from North Bridge to help prepare me for the interview.
My official interview went flawlessly, and I truly have my recruiter at North Bridge to thank for that.
