Nesco doesn't have time cards, time clocks, only reporting verbally your hours. You'd be lucky if you get paid! I still haven't been paid! Give you run around after run around, but no check! If you work for this company keep the Nevada Labor commission number handy so you can report them! The only way you'll get paid! Their manager Donna Tillman will hold your time card past the reporting time because they don't want to pay you! YOU WILL NOT GET PAID!

Extremely unprofessional business. They will randomly not pay you because they forget you work for them. They will not send you your W-2's, even though they are legally required to do so. If you need work, go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

My initial experience with Nesco started off on a bad note. I was offered a seasonal position through them and was told that the only condition for employment was that I must pass my background check. Since I have a spotless record, I figured I was set - financially speaking - for the holiday season. Unfortunately, this wasn't entirely the case: although my record was clean, it took longer than expected to pass (due to having lived out-of-state), and with the job market being what it is, my position was given to someone else in line, rather than the employer waiting an extra day or two for mine to clear.

Being out of a job right before Thanksgiving was certainly frustrating. Having said that, one of Nesco's recruiters, Christian, immediately stepped up to the plate and covered me as best he could. Despite the fact that he was on Thanksgiving break, he kept me updated on the condition of my background check and kept an eye out for available positions.

The fact that he did this on his own time and when he could've forgotten about work entirely to enjoy his vacation was immediately noticed by me and speaks volumes about the quality of his work. After coming back from the holiday break, Christian actually ended up finding me a higher-paying employer closer to home, who eventually asked me to return as a full-time permanent employee.

If you're one of the many people who are in the same financial position as myself right now, I absolutely recommend submitting your resume to Nesco for consideration with multiple potential employers. They'll do whatever they can to find work for you, and if you prove your worth, a temporary contract can quickly turn into a permanent position.
