I am homeless and was not paid for two days I told staff days before check period if I was being accounted for they said yes then when pay period came they just shrugged and said we can't do anything if you're homeless and trying to get out of the struggle this place will only make u more frustrated

It was a very great experience to be there; they even offered me breakfast even though I had not signed up for a meal.

Great place for temp work. Free Food and Alcohol service cards(MAST card). I think they even offer a Flaggers certification. Also there's free breakfast and lunch served weekdays. Free sack lunch also provided if sent out on a job

View from OSL employee hotel room, Inn At Queen Anne. Beverly promised him that if he moved into this place, left his family and children on Mother's Day, she would get him into counseling and substance abuse counseling. Nothing as of yet and chef has been here for almost a year now, Chef states that Beverly Olsen of OSL constantly uses this place as a control tool over him and other coworkers that she puts up into these hotels, as we can see to get drunk, high and party off of tax payers money. I am also reporting this to the other funding sources involved with supporting this company and abusing and taking advantage of their staff with these issues.

I came to Uplift Northwestt Homeless cold hungry and in need of work however living in my broke down car made it difficult for me to access employment, Right when I came through the doors I was greeted with a smile and a hot meal. I went upstairs and applied for temporary work, they gave me a handful of options and I chose what I thought would work best for my situation.

The entire staff is amazing kind & humble They never push me they assist me, Elizabeth routes out my bus trips, Brent, Ian, ZakMax All of you, Thank you. You always tell me I'm doing this but as the saying goes it takes a Village. It takes all of us.

Great experience, everyone was really friendly and helpful. Beyond employment they have programs for housing. They were able to get me my food handlers permit right on the spot and paid for it. They even help with bus tickets. My only complain is they sweated me to cover up my nose with my mask despite my vaccination, and a beyond adequately responsible SOCIAL DISTANCE of 25 ft! STOP TRYING TO RESTRICT MY BREATH

I have had the pleasure of working for this company under a different title. If you want to get a job working the stadium this is the place to check out.

There are so many jobs available in the Seattle area. Do not go here unless you plan to be homeless, destitute, and discriminated against which I did for several years. Beware of Olivia as seen in comments below. Avoid at all costs. There is only enough work to stay poor. They say that affordable housing is available if you accept full time work. This is not true.

Their resources are designed to keep you poor and dependent. The organization overall does not help or appreciate the worker as initially intended rather it marginalizes and alienates them to maintain the status quo

I went In this morning to complete the application process I was not dressed my best because I was only getting there to put my foot in the door since I have trouble making it on Mondays on time. Well after getting into the interview and explaining that to the lady who made comments about the way I was dressed she then went on to say that my eyes look glassy at that point I couldn't take it anymore and I left this has been the worst experience I have ever had trying to get help and has been extremely discouraging.

I was sober and ready to get on track and this experience experience pretty much solidified all of the negative stereotypes I had about normal society and how they feel about us. I'm now going to give them what they expect. Look out for broken glass and fire
