Provisional has been amazing. They did such a good job at finding me a great job and then helping me even after I was hired. I can call with any questions I have and they help me however they can. I honestly couldn't be happier dealing with them. They've gone above and beyond for me and I can't recommend them enough.

Although I only worked very briefly with this company they were great & Krtisti Krause who was my recruiter was always so professional & got me in somewhere fast & always there for anything I needed & any questions I had. Great company.

I was looking for a temporary job while I transitioned on to a new career and I'm so glad that I found Provisional! The website is very user friendly and it does seem that they make an effort to connect with a bunch of different companies and organizations, because there were a lot of job openings (although perhaps it was just the time of year). Once I found one I was interested in, Dixie, helped me through the onboarding process in less than a day and had me scheduled for an interview the day after.

The employer was ready to start me on the schedule the next morning! I didn't end up starting until the following week, by choice, but it was a very quick, painless process. I was at work making money less than a week after my initial inquiry and contact with the staffing agency. Very thankful to Dixie and Provisional for all of her/their help! I'm no longer with Provisional because I found a career position, but Provisional was the stepping stone that got me back into the workforce in Spokane until I found my next path. If I ever needed to go back into the temporary workforce, I wouldn't hesitate to return. Thanks!

I've never used a hiring agency/temp agency before so I was going into the unknown! I felt comfortable from the moment I stepped into their office. Everyone was so kind and happy. I don't know what I was expecting but I instantly felt like "this team can help." I did a quick interview with Heidi and she was prepared! She had a job for me that she thought I'd be perfect for.

I did the online assessments (word, excel, etc) from home and it was easy and straight-forward. I really felt like Heidi understood what I was looking for, my availability, and length of work needed. The team was very professional but definitely have fun working with clients. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a long-term job or short-term work (like me!) to check them out. Can't give high enough praises!

Staff seemed really nice, but never had follow up; had to do all of it on my own. I went in for an interview, and was told I would be receiving info about two opportunities. I specifically asked how long it would take before those companies reached out to me- told 5 days max. After I responded that I was interested after being sent the full descriptions, I didn't hear back from the companies, and there was no follow up effort from Provisional.

I received a feedback survey, to which I said what I am wrote here. A rep then reached out trying to say they did get back to me, but the instance they were referring to was the initial follow up that occurs right after the interview. The person I interviewed with then emailed me almost immediately after, saying those two positions had been filled, offered me another one to which I said in the same day I was interested, then was told a couple days later it was filled.

I haven't heard back from them since, even though I indicated I was still unemployed. Maybe I just had the wrong interpretation of what staffing agencies do and it's my responsibility to keep asking them if there is anything available. Just seemed like they would pass opportunities my way consistently until I had indicated I had been hired or I wasn't responding anymore to their emails based on what I was told in the interview. Oh well. At least they were nice and didn't treat me like a scrub.

Provisional helped moving to a new state and finding employment so much easier! They aren't only a service to businesses that hire them but a service to people that are looking for jobs. I am so happy I found them! Plus, everyone I came in contact with there was so pleasant it made it an even more enjoyable experience.

I haven't had the best experience with this staffing agency. I signed up months ago, and was offered an interview for one job that was in another state, and a two hour commute from my house. I explained to the recruiter Kelly, that would just not work for me and there are lots of other job listings on their web page could I interview for one of those.

She said of course I could. That was almost four months ago. I have applied for several jobs with this agency, all through their website, all of which I meet at least the minimum qualifications for, some I am over qualified for. I have received one phone call from recruiter Kelly in the last 3-4 months about jobs. She said in the message she had a job for me to interview with, but when I called her back all she would do is LAUGH at ME and my current jobless situation. Said she would call me back in a couple of weeks and might have something that would work for me then. LAUGHED EVEN HARDER!

I don't expect to hear anything from them again, unless they need to use my hardship for comedic relief around the office. Completely unprofessional, and has turned into a very negative experience for me.

I started the process to work with Provisional. They ask for more information than they are legally suppose to do. You are not suppose to be required to submit to a credit check unless you are applying for the specific type of positions that legally enables them to know your credit history. If you have credit problems, it doesn't mean you're not qualified for a job.

Provisional placed me quickly in a high paying position. Easy to work with. Quite a few tests before my specific type of employment, but it was just a few hours of time. I can recommend Heidi to work with- so professional and friendly!

Great experience! Everyone is so friendly& they make looking for a job easy& stressless. I got a call for a Job the same day I applied as well as a few other job offers a few days following. In highly recommend Provisional because it is way easier than just submitting your resume online. Provisional finds the jobs for you based on your resume.
