Stability and Control: Under our referral service model, you'll never have a worker come to your house unless you have specifically okayed that particular worker. You're hiring a particular worker, not contracting us to send just someone.
Placing caregivers is our specialty! Caregivers assist clients in their homes, usually working with the elderly or those who need special care. In addition to placing private caregivers, we can also help you find qualified Housekeepers, House Managers, Personal Assistants, and more! We regret to say that due to changing market conditions we are no longer taking new job orders for Nannies or Private Chefs. For care in the home positions, we require that all new applicants have at least 5 years of experience.

We've used George Vestal's company, McDonald Employment Services, to provide home care needs for our patients over the past 12 years. The company has consistently sent out well-qualified caregivers and George is highly skilled at finding the right person for each placement. Costs are reasonable and our patients have been highly satisfied with the staff who have come into their homes and with the services provided.
