Hello everyone! I'm a new grad nurse! My experience with Mitchell Martin so far has been WONDERFUL! My agent is the absolute best! Her name is Shannon sandles. She so professional and caring. She always goes the extra mile to make sure I'm happy and is always ahead of the game. She is always willing to lend me a helpful hand and kind words. Her work ethic is like no other.

Every time a concern of mine came up she was willing and able to find the answers I needed. She is phenomenal! She is a glowing star at Mitchell Martin! I'm so happy to be apart of their team because of her!

Shannon- This final word should have come to me via a phone call not a text. You have made it a habit to text me even in two instances where I reached out by phone and left voicemails requesting a call back. If you're in a meeting, then you could have reached out by phone once the meeting adjourned. At least pretend as though I'm worth that simple professional courtesy. Frankly, I do not believe you have been honest with me through this entire process.

I also don't believe you even sent Bryn Mawr my interview follow-up letters. I certainly don't believe this alleged "feedback" claiming I was not detailed enough during my interviews. I received first-hand feedback in my first interview from the partners conducting the interview- and I spent over TWO HOURS with Angela during my 2nd interview. Our conversation was in depth and detailed and diligently covered a multitude of questions and topics.

I've been in this field for a long time- I've had many interviews- I've participated in and have conducted many interviews - I'm well aware of if they go well or not. My interviews went very well. Thank you for the offer to be a continued resource for other opportunities however I respectfully decline. Aside from the stark lack of professionalism and transparency, I am convinced you mismanaged this process, misrepresented me and are likely responsible for the fact that I did not receive an offer from Bryn Mawr. All my best to you.

Do not apply to work here. You'll be told you are hired then 4 months later you still on wait and you get ghosted yea. They collect all your personal information and keep telling you you are hired but there is not a real job in here. Stay away this place is a total scam!

Christopher Lopez reached out for a PM role and then ghosted me after I asked him additional information. If that's how they attract talents from Amazon, they are definitely doing it the wrong way!

The positive reviews here are from employees who created false accounts. This company is a SCAM. They contact you, want your SS# and birth date - no one asks for that information until your hired by a company or sign a contract agreement.
