The best recruiting firm I have ever worked with! My recruiters knew exactly what I was looking for and well prepared me for my interviews. The collaboration between them and me was very pleasant. I didn't feel like "doing business" with them, but instead I felt they did care about me and my career a lot. I was so lucky to have them when I pursued my career!

I was contacted by a women named Cindy Richards "Executive Senior Partner" is her title. She contacted me and we spoke about an opportunity. I had an emergency in the family which I communicated after our initial interview. I could not make the times that were offered and was not offered any other dates or times. In her last email she addressed me as "Girl" Cindy: Girl this is the second time you've made that clear.

Go ahead and move on! I wish you all the best I mean it. Me:"Girl?" Seriously?.I'm NOT you're girl and we do not have a relationship that distinguishes anything else what should be professional which you are out of line. You are defensive for a reason that has nothing to do with me. This email is is 100% unprofessional to call a person "girl" considering a professional environment." I have been working with other recruiting agencies as well as employers that have been accommodating re: dates & times due to a family emergency. Moving forward I wouldn't work with Cindy Richards ever!

Her title is less than important and certainly doesn't provide the necessary character or professionalism to hold that title. An embarrassment for her as a women in business.

Issac and Renee were great to work with and helped me aquire a better job with better pay in a growing company. Really liked the way they cut to the chase of what the client really needed and allowed me to target my resume and interview. Never had a stronger interview for a job because of that type of information.

I worked for the Lucas Group from Feb 2019 until October 2019. However when my references were checked The Lucas Group only reported me working for them for three weeks. This is a very bad look. It makes it appear to someone checking my references that I am not being honest about my time with a company. When I tried to reach someone from The Lucas Group to bring this to their attention it was a total BUST!

No one answers calls, voicemails or emails. I called back over 10 times trying to get this issues rectified but to no avail! The receptionist tried her best to help me reach someone but still no luck. Needless to say I am still at a cross roads with this. The Lucas Group needs to do better, MUCH BETTER!

I can't say enough kind things about the recruiters at this company! Everyone was kind, courteous, and efficient to say the least. Nate Jensen reached out to me on LinkedIn about a potential programming job. He was great to speak with and was honest about the position that they were looking to fill. Following that initial talk, I was constantly in contact with Brittany Fox.

She sure is always on top of her work! She was such a pleasure to speak to and helped me through every single step of the hiring process. They only have the best of the best here! If I have any friends that are in need of jobs, I will always refer them to this staffing agency.

As a job candidate, I found Whitney at Lucas Group to be very professional and helpful. She coordinated all aspects of the interview process, including scheduling, collecting resume, writing samples, terms, calling references, etc. She helped me prepare for the interview and kept me informed of the status as we moved forward. I'm sure she was an incredible resource for the hiring manager and company, as she kept the flow of communication moving throughout the process. I was impressed, and would definitely use Lucas Group and Whitney for recruiting/placement services.

Great place. They got me ready for the interview and the resume. Made my transition from the Marine Corps to the civilian world really easy. If you contact them or if they contact you let them work their magic. My problem looking for a job was that i was looking for the same thing as my Military Job. Lucas Group found me job interviews in fields that i didn't know i qualify.

I had a great experience with Lucas Group. I worked with my recruiting partner for about a year searching for the right opportunity. They took the time to understand my search and what was important to me. I always felt like my recruiting partner had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend Lucas Group to any Junior Military Officers who are transitioning out of the service. They were extremely friendly and supportive of my career interests. They helped me immensely in my career search to open numerous possibilities in a wide variety of supervisory/managerial roles. Lucas Group ensured that every job opening that I had expressed interest in, translated to at least a phone interview (many of which became face to face interviews).

The worst head hunter agency I dealt with. Acted like I was waisting their time when I asked the most basic of questions. Definitely a lot of egos flying around here which wouldn't be necessarily bad if they produced, which they don't. I actually forgot I had signed up with them because the other agencies were so responsive and I never heard from Lucas. If you value actually being placed, go somewhere else.

Took them a year before they even started to help me out. I gave them all my information back in April 2015. I wouldn't waste my time with this company.

I am retired Navy Veteran and this company is in the business of helping Veterans with finding a career outside of Active duty. This company was recommended to me in my out process classes. I was given high expectations for Lucas Group helping me find that second career. Three years later, nothing. I was asked to prep my resume, with no assistance in that preparation.

I was then given twenty-four to fourth-eight hours to have everything in order prior to them providing an appointment for an interview or reservation with an employer at a job fair. Over ten times I was given hope to finding that position only to be called hours prior to the appointment or the start of the job fair to be told that I was not a good match. Months went by and the contact with the Lucas Group started to wane until all my calls were not returned and my emails would go unanswered. So, in my conclusion this; business is only in for the quick kill.

If the placement is difficult this company does not have the depth to provide great assistance, they don't have the desire to help everyone, and they will just let the difficult cases slip by.
