So far I've been with Corestaff for almost a month, I'm very pleased with the job I got. Thanks to them they've made my working environment super easy and helpful. They were able to provide me with a job that's within my distance and with a good schedule. Thanks to Priscilla who has been very helpful and attentive to every question I have and she always replies as soon as she can! Definitely recommend this agency

It has been the worst agency where I have worked has been a problem since the employee currently has to upload the elaborate hours to a platform on the web, which I think the company or agency should take care of after working a week of work was not given registration as an employee because the agent patty Castellanos she forgot to register as a new employee the following week the employer has to authorize my work hours in order to receive my weekly payment. for more than a week I have not received payment and I have tried to talk to patty Castellanos who attended me the first time now no one answers and I still have not received my payment having to pay the rent of the place where I live and at least I have not received an explanation I do not want to think that my next weekly payment has to go through The same, I have decided to leave the job because I could not go through that once again!

The past year has been constant annoyances of terrible job offers. They claim they have a right to entice as long as my resume is up online, but I have had discussions about their uninspiring work and how this office in particular needs to leave me alone, yet they still annoy. I think with any staffing service if you're desperate for work, i take any offer available, but with these guys, it appears the staff have to make it a goal to gain a potential hire, perhaps to gain points for getting a buyer like insurance, so don't feed into these guy's ego because that's all they care about

I worked with Cain and what an awful awful experience. He got me a job at a location no where near what I had agreed too, nor the description. Once he got me signed up he didn't send me the location till I hassled him three times for it. Doesn't reply to emails but will text you. Doesn't reply to texts either.emailed him and texted him about the discrepancy of the job description and no reply.

When I first moved to LA, I met with Carol at Corestaff. She seemed very interested in assisting me with my job search. She seemed friendly and open. However, I landed another job on my own. Two years later I'm looking for another opportunity. I've tried several times to contact her to no avail. I even recommended my friend who is looking for a position at USC and has a great background to try them and can't get ahold of Carol to forward my friend's resume.

I tried again, and the guy on the phone told me I couldn't schedule a time to come in and kept asking me to leave another voicemail. Not really sure what's going on, but I'm a little frustrated and annoyed at the situation. I'm not recommending any of my friends or associates to use this firm, as they seem to have enough business and don't need mine. They have been a little rude and extremely unprofessional.

Now that I'm going on to my third straight year of being a yelp elite member I am trying to find all the places that I have not reviewed yet. So, I've used core staff ever since I've moved to LA. That was many years ago. And even though sometimes the staffers change, I've been working with one awesome lady for many years. I am so glad she is still there.

I love working with CoreStaff because they are very friendly, helpful, and prompt. All of the employees are great to work with. They've sent me on some wonderful assignments and have even found me full-time permanent work. They do care very much about their clients and it shows. It's always nice to work with them and I could not recommend them enough.

They also have a wonderful roster of companies that they work with very closely. Though they are based in Pasadena they do have contracts everywhere. So it's worth checking them out.

I registered with Corestaff several years ago. I recently reached out to Patty about a posting that seemed like a good match, It took days of leaving messages/emailing her to finally get a response saying that the position isn't available & that I needed to update my information with them. I realize that there's a lot of recruiting firms out there, but it certainly shouldn't have taken this long to get a response.

At this point, I'm really not sure that I want to make the effort of updating my information with Corestaff. I'm reconnecting with recruiters that I've worked with in the past & reaching out to new recruiters that are more responsive/professional.

This was a great working experience for me. They provided me with the information I needed in order to begin working right away. The weekly direct deposit and the online time keeping made for great incentives to working with a temp agency. If I ever needed to use them again, I would with no questions. I am also going to refer my friends to them as well. Thanks for everything Corestaff and I am enjoying my new job courtesy of your services.

As most people do when joining a temp service, I signed up with multiple ones. I called into them all everyday religiously. I showed up to the offices of the temp services and introduced myself and emailed, etc. Patty at Corestaff was the only one who returned my calls, emails and who actually spoke to me about my needs. I got work through Corestaff within 1 week of meeting with her. Thank you Patty and thank you Corestaff for your personable demeanor and diligence! I will recommend you to others.

Their mandatory online process is ghastly, requiring you to consent to various criminal checks, drug checks, credit checks, and then fill out your last seven addresses. Par for the course if only their skill section wasn't woefully, woefully stupid. Are you proficient at "Internet?" Are you Bilingual, or Bilingual 1, 2, or 3? (These may refer to number of languages, but most likely they're random database pulls from a linotyped book that's under a coffee cup in a basement of an abandoned building). Don't bother.
