Don't even waste your time! I had an orientation scheduled for 8/22 went up there only for me and another group of people to be turned around. They NEVER called any of us back to reschedule the orientation. it is now 9/10. They NEVER answer the phones or return phone calls. I honestly don't know how they're still up and running!

Do not use this service, no call backs no response to to text and never received a call to see how things are on the assignment, the recruiter is a Joke! This place is sad, co workers go days or two weeks without checks and they have your number on caller ID so if you call no answer so a coworker called from a supervisor number and guess what, someone answered, everyone that ask me about a job I tell them do not use this place it is a Joke and so are the recruiters.

I had a bad feeling about this place but I went anyway because I wanted to give it a chance. They tell me to come 15 mins early for an interview before the orientation. There is no interview and no one for me to talk to. A man by the door tells me to sign in and have a seat. While I'm waiting for the orientation, this same man is on the phone with someone, cussing about invoices.

All I hear for 15 minutes is "get me those damn invoices". Have some professionalism for pete's sake. Then during the actual orientation, this same man has his conversation on speaker and the other person is cussing and saying the F word. I'm trying to listen to the orientation but this man had no consideration for his coworker and was talking away.

I'm so taken aback and put off by this experience that I tell them to take my name off their list and that I want nothing to do with them. I tell them how I felt when they asked me and their response was "I apologize for that but well we don't have offices". I can see that, captain obvious. So to accommodate for the lack of offices, your recruiters should watch their mouth around potential employees.

So trying to use that as an excuse instead of taking responsibility for your employees' unprofessionalism was lame. Why would you be cussing and acting that way in front of potential employees? If you had to listen to that throughout your whole experience, wouldn't you be discouraged from moving forward? Some people may not, but as for me, I will never ever return to this agency and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

This company is a joke to work for. They told us to work Saturday, so we did. Woke up Monday to find out we had no job even tho people are still there. They are not a temp to hire company. They are contingent and can end your assignment at any given time even when you work like you are supposed to. The management aka supervisors are terrible. If they don't like you they chose to jump down your throat verses pulling you off to the side and telling you there is a problem. I would suggest finding a real job that treats their employees with respect and compassion not one that tells you to "get over it" when there is a family emergency.

Went for orientation on a Wednesday and for my second interview Friday so i can start training on June 7th 2019. I called and got a start time which was 6:45am. I get there just to be sent back home because MS Companies didn't do the proper procedures for me to start work. And of course no one will answer their phone or text me back to let me know anything.

James and Elizabeth both are wonderful people to work for. If there is any problem they do their best to resolve it. They took the time to call me and let me know what happened with last week's pay and got it resolved. I would like to say thank you too the both of y'all and it is a great company to work for.

If there was a way to leave no stars I would. I never worked for them but had applied and then found a job in my field. They keep texting me and emailing me DESPITE me calling and saying please take all of my contact info off of your contacts thst shows me. Then they're rude about it. Waste of time

I love working with the South Carolina team! I am located in Indiana and have had the chance to travel there several times. They are always happy to welcome people into the office and try to find the best fit position for their employees. I have worked closely with Elizabeth Winn for over 4 years. We have weekly communication and she is very knowledgeable about the company and the systems we use to get our employee's to the customers. I love my job and the people I work with. I would recommend MS Companies to anyone looking for a position.
