I love this company. They helped me find a good paying job in a short time. I sent my resume and within 5 days I had a job. Chris and his team are great people. They really care about their employees success. They will do their part you have to do yours. If you want to work this is the place to go. The problem is many people dont really want to work or they expect high wages when they have no experience in the field they are placed in. I can only speak from my experience but this is the fastest I have ever gotten a job. Thank you Chris and Company.

I have worked with various employment agencies, since my husband and my move to Milton at the beginning of August. LandrumHR was the only employment agency that pursued me actively and saw my employment worth. Lauren was the first HR Specialist to contact me and note my skills and experience in the workplace. Thus, she made me feel that I was indeed worthy of employment.

I then worked with Mallory, Tina and Justin on other available positions. They were all great, but it was Lauren who was able to land me a job in the end. I would definitely work with LandrumHR and Lauren again, if I'm in an unemployed position in the future.

Landrum HR is an excellent company to work for and with! When you receive your assignment there is immediate follow up as to reporting procedures and what's expected! Payroll is always on time and very easy to use! As for the ladies and gentleman.100% professional and awesome!

Haven't found an employment agency in pensacola or baldwin county that is worth wasting your time on, the process is rediculous considering how lengthy it is.for no help. You're better off on your own!

Friendly and helpful staff walk you through the process. The website has been updated since some of the older reviews here. It's easy to use and mobile friendly now. You can even sign up for text alerts. Wide range of jobs available- from administrative to technical to professional. Great company with a great reputation. I definitely recommend LandrumHR if you're looking for a job or looking to hire people.

Landrum is an excellent company. They were very instrumental in finding me employment that fit my personality and business skills. The result of their efforts has landed me a full time permanent position. I will always recommend Landrum to others who are seeking employment.

This was an easy company to deal with. I moved from Georgia back in Dec. I was with another Staffing company and they drug me around. I decided to give Landrum a chance. I went in on a Tuesday fill out paper work and do some testing on the computer. I got a call about 2 hours later about a job interview. I went to the interview and was called within 48 hours that I got the job. Thank you to Landrum Staffing for working with me to land a job that I am so happy with. I have now been here almost 4 months and love it.

This is one of the more popular staffing companies in the greater Pensacola area. The people I've encountered who work there seem nice enough, but you just get the feeling you are just another number in and out of their office. I have been to their office on and off for a number of years during periods of unemployment and have never got anywhere.

In fact I don't think they have even called me back or emailed me back once. They always tell you to check the website for jobs and apply for the jobs there. However the website is clunky and unintuitive, not to mention I can't keep track of the actual URL for it because it keeps changing (landrumhr.com, landrumstaffing.com, landrumwsc.bondadapt-us.com, ?).

Whenever I make a profile, it never works and the pop-up just tells me to call their office. Profiles and logins seem to be completely different depending on which of the above 3 websites you are currently using. I spend more time on the phone talking to the people who set-up accounts and do mundane tech support with their clunky websites than I do any of their recruiters.

These people by the way are very helpful, maybe they should be the recruiters instead? When I can figure out how to navigate to the jobs, and apply for them, even the ones I am clearly qualified for, I've never received any calls or emails or follow-ups from any recruiter. I even call in to make sure they received my information and I get a quick "yes" and that's about it. It's like it goes into a black hole and no one ever sees it.

I have years of experience and a Bachelors of Science degree in engineering, have typing speed over 70wpm and am an expert in Word, Excel, among a host of other qualifications. One would think they could find *something* for me over these years. But it's pretty apparent they aren't even trying. I've never heard of anyone having any luck with this agency, don't recommend at all. 2 stars for the nice woman who helped me over the phone a few times, and the office seems clean and mostly professional.

I recently moved to this area and was having the worst time finding a good job. The same day I registered with Landrum Staffing, I got a call back and was working the following week. Now, six months later with their assistance, I have found my dream job! Thank you to all the staff for all of their hard work and for helping me to achieve my dreams and goals!

This staffing service has been a huge blessing to my family. I had already been working at what I THOUGHT was my dream job, when I found out I was pregnant. I began experiencing complications almost immediately and my former employers could've cared less. They cared so much, they let me go. Long story short, I ended up losing my little angel at 15 weeks.

As soon as I was cleared medically, I called Landrum and expressed that I was ready to get back to work. They worked above and beyond to not only get me back used to going back to work, but they checked on me and constantly made sure I knew they were there for me. A few temp jobs later, I was placed at the job I'm at now. Yesterday, I received an email, letting me know I was going to be hired PERMANENTLY!

I can't express enough how grateful I am to the entire staff at Landrum for helping me pick myself up out of such a tragic place and helping me find my real dream job! I was very disappointed with my experience. I wasted quite a bit of precious time on this company and that makes me angry and disappointed. The only person who ever contacted me was someone from their "tech" department regarding my complaint that LANDRUM had mangled my resume with their logo. This individual was surly and seemed put out to provide the smallest of services.

I applied for 30 jobs, and never heard word one, good bad or indifferent. With an MBA and loads of experience, I was hoping to at least get an interview. I hope your experience was better than mine. And you're still looking I wish you all the very best!

My experience with Landrum has been nothing but wonderful! Tina is an asset to the company! She has followed up with phone calls and emails to make sure my assignment is going well, and also when my current assignment abruptly ended she found me another the very same day. It has been a pleasure to work with Landrum, and I highly recommend using their services. Great company, outstanding service.

I read some of the reviews and feel for the people whose experience wasn't what they expected. What I can say is that my "looking for a job" experience was 0. I recently retired from the military and as much as people think that once that happens you're set for life, that's just not true. Landrum helped prepare me for getting back out here in the "civilian" world after 20 years and made this process 100 times less stressful than it would've been.

I completed my process with Landrum on a Friday and by that following Friday i had a job interview and by Tuesday, i was working. I was out of work for only 2 weeks, which was 2 weeks too long, and I have Landrum to thank for that. The staff was great with my process, checking up on me once I started working, letting me know what I needed to do if I decided that the position I was working just wasn't for me or otherwise.

As much as Landrum was here to assist me in finding a job or even a career, I knew I had to do my part and make sure the Landrum staff new what I wanted. This was my first time having to use this type of service and Landrum.you set the bar high. Thank you!

I have over 20 years of experience in accounting, have been signed up with Landrum for over 6 months, but am not good enough for any of their job postings? Unbelievable! I have better luck on my own finding jobs!

This place seems to be geared more towards fungible, mundane, industrial labor than actual professional, career type jobs. Which appears to work to their fiduciary advantage. There were quite a few people the day that I rolled in, waiting patiently in the front foyer. I needed a job, but a cattle call wasn't in my plans. They won't help you find a job, other than directing you to their 1990s-era website, with the attendant lack of functionality and user interface appeal. Again, I suppose that they don't have to try very hard because they have the industrial accounts for their bread and butter income. Pensacola and its environs are tough markets for job seekers. It sad that one of the most popular employment agencies is so useless and apathetic.

Extremely courteous staff. Very helpful and willing to answer any questions. The initial sit down was quick and efficient. I am extremely happy with the support they have provided.
