I don't usually leave reviews but I had to make an exception with Keystaff they have been exceptional. The staff there was very kind and very helpful to me. I am amazed to see how much this agency truly cares for finding employment for me or anyone and for that I am honestly grateful and thankful, Thank you Keystaff.! I had a wonderful experience at KeyStaff! Unlike other agencies with KeyStaff you really DO have a team of people helping. They reacted quickly and by the end of the week I was offered a job and a new career. Vanessa P is my recruiter and she was just amazing, her knowledge and expertise prepared me in such a surprising way, I could not have done with without her help.

I've worked many staffing agencies and Keystaff is by far the most attentive and effective thus far. They make it a point to place you at a job that fits you as person and your schedule. The kind faces and personalities that make up this wonderful establishment work hard and care and that's something you just don't see of feel in the business world anymore. Keep up the good work.

I was contacted regarding an interview for a position which I was told I was well qualified for. First the job posting didn't mention that the position would be 8 weeks long. The posting made it look like it was a temp-to-hire or a direct hire position. So I took some time off of my job, filled out all of the necessary paperwork and was basically promised that I will hear back from them in the beginning of December. I'm starting to agree with the other reviews. I'm very uncomfortable with the idea of an organization having my personal information on record. Knowing myself.

I do not wait on others, I have a strong Accounting background with many agencies and reputable references to know that I would be confident to find a job.which I did. I just went through Indeed to find a high paying position with a company that is very appreciative of my skills that I had to offer. Also Robert Half Staffing agency is also a good company to work for.

In conclusion, I do not sugar coat or like to be misled. We are all adults. What makes part of a successful company is communication. Regardless if another candidate was selected for the position, it is good practice to communicate with the potential employee.

Experience gets worse every time I work with Keystaff, least recommended temp/staffing agency. Very unprofessional, unresponsive, don't keep up with their employees. Throw you on a assignment & wish you best of luck you may hear from someone when you call! But more than likely you won't! I was ignored days in a row! Trying to get back to my job! Hearing different things from different people from the company, sitting around waiting to see if you still have a job or not, (after two weeks of NO UPDATES) even when you've done nothing to jeopardize it. Worst experience. I. Have. Ever. Had.

The only thing they say about it after 3-5 missed calls a day + 2/3 text messages is "we don't have any answers" and that came from Ms. Jamie herself. I wish I got the courtesy to leave her 5 stars like everyone else. Sadly, I cannot! But this? Unacceptable, where has professionalism gone?

Omg this company landed me a great job. Ms. Vanessa did stop at just hiring me for any kind of warehouse job she took her time an actual look over my resume took my skills and experience and found me a job with great pay and hours. I've been in Austin Texas for a few months and I've applied for many job the fact that she knew that I was new to the state an had previous babysitter issue she again went above and beyond to find job that would work perfectly with my kids school schedule.

I truly appreciate the effort she put into finding me a job. I recommend anybody Man or Woman if you're looking for company that cares KEYSTAFFING IS THE PLACE TO GO. ASK for Ms. Vanessa she'll definitely get the job done.

Overall great company, hands down! If you're looking for work, and ready to get on fast, this is the company to go to! Since I've been with this staffing agency, Keystaff has always made sure I had a place to work, keeping me updated on times to be there, and wanting to know how my day is going on the job! : communication is fluent and direct! Jamie Mcintire is great to work with, she has helped me get into work, communicating with me daily, and working hard to keep me employed! I get so much comfort working for Keystaff and knowing that they will have a job for me to do, and money to be made! Thank you so much Keystaff for all that you do for me!

Overall I love working for KeyStaff I drive daily from Copperas Cove Texas and every pay checks well worth it. I'm paid well and treated even better by my recruiter and supporting staff and job assignment managers. I've recommended 2 friends to come and they as well love it. Always have work and they always wear a smile. Big shout out to the Key Staff team!

Going in for the first time I was greeted by a very welcoming staff! They made the starting up process so quick and easy I left WITH an interview not even an hour later! So glad and grateful I went to keystaff! The process of finding the right job myself was easy and fast. My agent was Bryan reed, he helped me get a full time job. At first I was hesitant but he reassured me that it would be a perfect fit. Low and behold it definitely is! I highly recommend Keystaff and their amazing team of recruiters to anyone serious about committing themselves to a great job in Austin. Ive been lucky enough to work with Keystaff twice and both times I've been provided with great paying jobs in my area. Vanessa P. is my recruiter and deserves high praise for her professionalism and availability. Anytime I've had a question or doubt while on assignment, she has always been available and willing to help.

5 stars isn't enough for this staffing agency! If you wanna work ASAP this is the place too go! If you have a background don't worry they will find a job for you! These are are great people to have on your team! I have worked with several staffing companies throughout the years, but this one is one I will always remember & look back on, because when I needed a job these people gave it their all to make sure I found a job that fit me!

Don't attempt to look for a job at this place. They will waste your time. My first placement was a factory, that was much worse than my previous factory job that I had stayed for 2 years. It was awkward to say the least since I just moved to Texas and applying directly online was not getting me anywhere. This was also my first time using a staffing agency to find temp work.

After a week working, I had to find another job. When I came to pick up the paycheck, she told me that she didn't know that I was going to return, so she left it back at the office. I eventually received it and transfer it to my own bank account. Do not go to this place unless you're that desperate. It's not worth the work.

I am writing this review as a person whose friend works for a company that lies and deceives people. Even in their new updated work assignments. Emailed them about a position to either do CUSTOMER SERVICE OR KITCHEN, for 13.00 an hour at St. David's. But when they called about the customer service end of the email on it not that it is busses dishes. (nothing is wrong with bussing dishes! but why not tell the entire truth) St. David's needs kitchen staffing: servers, dishwashers, etc).

So he has asked them to find him a better paying job or do they have other openings that pay more than 11.00 which is what he makes right now. And because he is not interested in what they want him to be they say oh we will call you with something better. He has been waiting four months on the call for something better, and knows he is about to be evicted! Thanks Keystaff!

They charge the employee for the background check and drug screen. What an awful awful way to do business. Also, I have my valid current driver's license, but I couldn't find my social security card before my interview. The receptionist gave me so much shit about it, that I said screw it. This isn't worth my time. There are plenty of good staffing agencies out there, this one isn't one of them

The worst staffing agency in Austin. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT GO IN FOR INTERVIEW WITH THEM. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. They will make you wait for an hour before interview (as if they are busy, but the office is almost empty), then they'll call you in, talk to you about resume, experience, etc., tell you to wait for a few days while they run background check and pass on your details to the company you're interested in, and then boom! You'll never hear back despite your continuous efforts of trying to reach them. So please, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. DO NOT! There are other agencies in Austin that are professional, courteous and respect time's importance.

I went in for an interview about a month ago for a position. I arrived a half hour early out of courtesy and they ended up having the interview an hour and a half late for the interview. Took down my basic information because they had no record of the position I applied for, and sent me out the door in less than ten minutes. I understand talent agency's have a lot on their plates, but this is ridiculous.

I called twice for a follow up and have never received anything other than being told to leave a message, while my other hiring agencies have consulted me AT LEAST once a week. There is no courtesy, no professionalism, and no job leads for me there. I recommend A List Staffing instead.

I was having trouble getting back into the workforce after taking an extended maternity leave, so I took KeyStaff up on their offer to place me in a position. I interviewed with one company and got a great vibe from them, but never heard back. After calling KeyStaff, I discovered the company decided not to go with an agency after all. Sometimes these things happen.

About a week later I got a call from KeyStaff to set me up with another promising interview. Amy was so encouraging and positive; I felt the team at KeyStaff really considered my personality when pairing me with this company! I was offered the position on the spot. I would be covering for an employee going out on maternity leave of her own, funny enough!

After learning the work and showing management that I'm competent and driven, I was offered a permanent position once the contract was fulfilled with KeyStaff and I gladly accepted. I must admit, I wasn't thrilled about coming in as an agency contract employee, but it ended up being the best thing that could've happened! I was offered a starting salary at a higher rate than what I would have been offered coming in as a direct hire because I got the chance to show them my worth before they committed to me.

If you think there's a stigma that comes with staffing agencies, you're right! But it's up to YOU to break those stigmas down and be a stand-out employee. Thanks, KeyStaff!

Not sure how they stay in business. They found my resume online and called me about a job. I never contacted them. I scheduled to meet with them to find out more about them and the job. When I got to the appointment they wanted me to fill out a 20+ page employment form before they would meet with me, and told me the person who contacted me and scheduled the meeting couldn't meet with me because they were busy, but to fill out the 20+ page form and they would be back in touch.

Talk about putting the cart before the horse. These idiots want to review 20 pages worth of background and spend time checking on it before they ever meet a candidate. Having been in recruiting for several years, common sense says don't spend time and resources on background checks until you decide if you're interested in a candidate, like I said, they called me so no real loss. Good news is, if you work for a competitive agency you won't have to worry about them for too long. Very unprofessional and inefficient,

Huge waste of my time and energy! I have been looking for permanent work for some time. It gets to be very disheartening. So I turned to the more obvious choice of different temp agencies, to try to find work anywhere. I've experienced better employment help from the paper, than from the staff in this agency. I am asked to test for a position, and then mysteriously all my information isn't in their system, and no one knows my why I was asked to test in the first place. Don't go to them if you expect organization, and prompt service, because thats not what your going to get.

So I'm on the phone with Sharon from key staff who told me this morning that she had called in to work so she is on the phone with me right now trying to get ahold of payroll. I've been calling her all day today to see about my check that I have not received in almost 2 months and I just notice I got back on Yelp and my other review was gone. keystaff have been nothing but a problem since the beginning.

First off the staff has been rude and confused from the start. Saying how they will call back and never do. I've been waiting for the cell for almost two months and I'm a student and texas state and I need the money and 5 min ago Sharron told me that they haven't event sent the check out. So you did send it the last time I called a week ago or your sending it tomorrow? NEVER USE KEYSTAFF. Is could go on and on. I have to give a start to write a review or I wouldn't have given one.

Kate called me without any of my information in hand. Asked my name a 3rd time 10 minutes into the conversation. Didn't appear to have any questions prepared and seemed scripted. On top of that, the identical questions were asked 2-3 times. Wasn't sure if I was supposed start making up different info or something. Anyway, too much unprofessionalism and awkward silence to work with this company. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my life.

Well, I ended getting a great assignment from them working for an association that I really liked and was hired to come on as a permanent. But unfortunately, I can't give them credit for that - I happened to come across the position I applied to from them through a Craigslist ad and fortunately for me, two of the placement coordinators already knew me from a previous job and (whom I had a great relationship with.a friends in high places kinda thing) and was able to give me an outstanding recommendation to place me in that job.

After I got laid off from the job they placed me with a year later, I went back to them for more work (since I had established a good working relationship with them and the company I worked for, I thought they would be able to find me more work). Well, the two coordinators that I had known previously, suddenly quit for mysterious reasons not known to me (strange, right?), and my primary placement manager quit as well.

I heard from my ex-boss at the association I worked for tell me that they were having some "internal issues, " and that they tend to have a high turn over rate. He even told me that their placement managers would tell my ex-boss about their personal issues (I know, like how unprofessional, right?) and how whenever he had a question, they would hardly ever respond. Overall, I think there is some strange stuff going on with Keystaff as they can never seem to keep a reliable, professional staff.

I kept calling the "hotlist" that they told me to call over the summer, and they claimed that they never had any assignments for me. So all in all, KS is a huge waste of time. If I were you, I wouldn't bother.

Wow! Key Staff and Melissa Andres in particular are outstanding! I have used 2 other employment agencies that were a complete let down. Key Staff has each and every time provided us with dependable, competent and pleasant workers. I was actually able to go on vacation and know that my assistants had the help they needed. Super appreciative.

I've been signed up with them since 2011 and they really haven't done much for me. I would call and asked to be put on the hot list but I never really heard anything back from them. I was put on a total of 2 or 3 jobs for them. But nothing really interesting. Jordan is a pretty cool guy. 3 stars is being a little generous and in actuality I would give them 2 1/2 stars seeing as they've never really found me work.

The owner Amy is horrible and didnt care about the people that work for her. She lie and discriminate.

I had a very bad experience here. After going through the process of doing paperwork and having an interview, I didn't hear anything from my rep. KeyStaff has a hot list (where you get priority for available jobs), and I called asking to be put on it. I was informed that I was not in the system, which boggled my mind. Then I was told my file had been found, and everything would get sorted out. Figuring that these things happen, I shrugged it off.

A week later, I called and asked to be put on the hot list again (it expires at the end of every week, so you must call on Monday morning to get put on again). I spoke to a different admin, and apparently was put on without a hitch. This morning, I called to be put on the list again, and was told I was not in the system, and that my paperwork could not be located.

After being transferred around and ending up with their automated messaging system, I called my rep on his cell phone and explained the situation. After some waiting, I was told that, due to employee turnover, my paperwork had been shredded so that no personal information would be leaked. However, nobody called to inform me of that fact. When I asked how I'd gotten on the hot list the week before, I was told I was in the system, just with incomplete information. Basically, I don't feel like I got a straight answer.

One day I'm not in the system, then I am, then I'm not again. My paperwork has been missing but has been located. Then it has been shredded. I can get on the hot list, then I can't. Oh, and apparently, if I want to get anywhere, I need to come into the office and fill out all the paperwork all over again. Never mind. There are other staffing agencies out there. I'm not going to bother with this one again.
