That means that employee and employer liabilities attach to the Key Personnel, Inc. and not you the client. Key Personnel, Inc. verifies employee work eligibility and is responsible for collecting and remitting payroll taxes and for paying all the employer taxes such as FICA, FUTA, SUTA, Workers' Compensation and any local payroll taxes. Key Personnel, Inc. also provides general liability insurances.
Under immediate supervision, this role performs variety of routine clerical and administrative duties that support specific workflow or phase within a business process. Accountable for transaction of part(s) of business process. Follows established policy and procedures and detailed instructions in performance of duties.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value 2 jobs in a row given to me by key personnel were completely different jobs than what they offered me. Fed me lies to get me in the door and then left to it. Very poor at replying, they don't seem to care. All they care about is getting the commission it seems. Not professional at all, avoid.

Absolute joke, told me I would get a start in a factory, went for an induction and was told I would be contacted with a start date, when I was emailed back I was asked if I had heard from the company, I said no. They followed up by saying they will follow it up then proceeded to ignore my emails asking about it. Left my old job due to this as I was "reassured" I would get a start waste of time.!

Seriously don't bother. Get you in on false pretences and just waste your time. Never come across an agency like it. Give you no notice and throw varied shifts around. They couldn't honestly care less!

Awful experience with this recruitment company. They don't communicate well with you pre and post interview you have to chase them up. Their phone skills are really poor to the point that's it's really obvious they cant be bothered talking to you especially Lindsay and Charlie! Avoid!

They do try there best at getting you jobs but when you have a job interview that could be permanent, clashing with there temporary job they have offered, they can get very up tight and don't understand that there is more than just them advertising jobs!
