Steven Raab, an executive with an international information technology consulting firm, joined forces with Linda to establish InSource Project Staffing to meet a growing demand for a flexible suite of IT resources including contract, contract-to-hire and full-time employees.

Working with the InSource Group has been a wonderful experience thus far. I have to say that I was very skeptical in the beginning but Hena, my recruiter and Misti have been so helpful, open and honest. I appreciated that very much. Changing jobs can be very stressful especially when deciding to take on a contracted position, but they have kept me informed and updated on all aspects of the process making this transition smooth. Jennifer (Sr. Recruiter) was really amazing - scheduling interviews, sending out detailed interview preps, getting feedback ASAP and she is available round the clock. Was placed by Insource into one of the best jobs I have ever had. They provided excellent knowledge about the job specifics, who my co-workers would be and the daily routine before I had my first interview and continued to provide excellent communication after accepting the role. I have had dealings with many IT sourcing and Recruiting firms through the years but Insource was definitely one of my favorites.

Mark and Brett were great help in getting me placed at an awesome company. They keep in constant contact with you during ALL phases of the job search process, including for some time after an offer is accepted serving as a liason between you and HR, if necessary. With as much attention they were giving my job search effort, it really felt like I was their only client, but of course that wasn't the case. Really great folks with superb attention to detail.

Since 2010 I have had eight software development gigs, with seven clients, through InSource. For those of us technologists who are more interested in variety than full-time employment, this is the best agency to work with. I tell my recruiter where in DFW I want to work, what rate I am looking for, and the technology stack I want to use. He or she keeps me informed about the search, gives me honest pros/cons about the assignment (and my skills), then follows up quickly when something changes. I've worked with most of the agencies in town but enjoy the attention I get from InSource.
