Although individual care workers are kind, this company is badly run. My mum was supposed to have 4 visits a day and some days carers would not turn up for eve visits to put her to bed. Carers work 17 hours a day with terrible rotas. Half hour visits are reduced to 10 minutes resulting in very minimal support to the elderly. Do not deserve the 1 star.

I am disgusted and appalled by this awful care services that have been nothing but headache and a nightmare to deal with. They have no regard for their customers and have been negligent and careless with my grandad's home care. It is shocking this company is actually involved in looking after people needing care ad attention. I would give Zero stars if I could. Please be very wary of using their service unless you like to be stressed out.
