Extremely surprised by all of the negative reviews, I must have got lucky to have my recruiter! I worked with Madison Fisher, not only was she my recruiter but also a coach and advocate. The process was smooth and quick. I had an interview with a prospective company within a week of letting her know my interest. I had my interview at 8:30am and a job offer at 3:30pm the same day. She listened to my questions and concerns and made me feel extremely comfortable. Thank you!

Do not work with these people. One of their employers by the name of Sarah Barardi is really disrespectful, unprofessional.

This place is a joke. After the recruiter failed to help me find a job, she began ignoring my emails and phone calls. And the jobs she was trying to get me were $12 an hour positions that were contract jobs.

Got a call from Sophie Richter who was doing recruiting for Addison Group. She was helping me apply for jobs and then literally stopped responding to me, even ignored my email I sent to her. That was back in the middle of February. Fast forward to today, got a call from a number I didn't recognize. They left no voicemail. So I googled the number and it came up Addison Group. Gave them a call back just to be told they didn't know why I received a call and think it might've been an accidental dial. Okay, so ya'll still have my number but are no longer helping me find jobs? Absolutely ridiculous.

I recently started looking for a new job. Nicole Kardas, emailed me saying she had an opportunity available with one of her clients. Normally I wouldn't have thought much of it because I haven't had the best luck with recruiters finding me a position. I started looking and realized the position was a great fit. Nicole & I talked back and forth for a bit going over job expectations, etc.

Right before my big interview with her client, she did an "interview prep" which was like 5-10mins. just going over advice she had which was helpful. After I had the interview, I called her and we talked about the interview and I told her I was so nervous about the results. She then got to tell me that I got the job offer from her client! This only happened yesterday believe it or not. That literally was the best news I've had all week! I start my remote position on Tuesday and am so excited! Nicole is very talented at her job and very personable!

Terribly unprofessional. I reached out to an AG recruiting manager over a professional website to learn more about an opportunity that was offered by AG. I was left on read and did not hear back even after I sent a short follow up message. Fast forward two weeks, and my work phone and work email are being sent multiple voicemails and messages from the person I tried contacting, completely ignoring my first message to her and straight up asking if I know which talent agency my employer is using and how she can help fill positions at my office.

Such a garbage tactic. I politely reached back to this manager via the professional website telling her that I don't know how she even got my work phone number, and that she must stop with the unsolicited calls and emails.

Relationship Building Advice: (ps I do do not use your services) Unfortunately I had someone by the name of Molly Saban reach out to me and I she reached out to me to learn more about the revenue cycle. I blocked off time for this out of my work day to speak with her about whatever she was wanting to know. I think this is bad taste if you are going to try and network/build relationships. I am not using your service but feel that if you reach out to me you should keep your word. If I follow back to see why and no response.thats even worse.

I have been with this company for years. Always have found the recruiter to be helpful and experienced. I love the diversity. I have nothing negative to say. Even with everything 2020 had to offer, I was always kept informed.

They got me a very nice job in a dog-friendly company. Very relaxed atmosphere with friendly co-workers. I am very pleased with their support - I think they do listen & try to match you up with suitable work - I only give 4 stars because I wish it paid more, but not their fault -

Branch Manager horribly unprofessional. Basically told us (the employer) that if we did not use his company to hire a candidate (after he sent an unsolicited resume which is in breach of contract) he would be stealing our employees for his other Clients. Why would anyone work with these people? We will not be. There are plenty of professional agencies out there to use. This apparently is not one of them. If you want to use an agency, I suggest you find one that does not threaten its Clients.

99.9% of recruiters are terrible. These guys belong to the 99.9%. I had a recruiter contact me on linkedin wanting me to look at a job that would have been 10 steps backward and 1/3 the pay. On top of that they wanted me to relocate to a Texas border town. They clearly only search for candidates based on a keyword and do not read profiles of candidates to see if they're a match. Either they don't read profiles or they truly do not understand the industries they're trying to recruit for which is even worse. Ignore these guys if they message you.

Addison Group is the best agency that I have ever worked with by far! Their tag line is that they aim to make business personal again and in my experience they have. At my first interview they were there to greet me and give extra resumes just in case and to be a support. They also met with me over lunch to see how things were going. No other agency does that.

Just recently at the end of my contract period, Dan Miller called to ask about my timesheet and I had not worked for the week because my mother just passed away after battling cancer and I just hadn't had time to communicate. Today I just received a beautiful flower bouquet and message from Addison Group. No one else does that! These human touches and the fact that they helped me land a dream of a contract job which has now transitioned to permanent full time where I am extremely happy with the people at my new company and with the pay, make Addison Group a class act.

From my experience with Addison Group it has been great to say the least. I had contacted them to inquire about possible employment for assignments as my previous job was being outsourced. I was able to get in contact with a recruiter who understood i needed employment at a reputable place ASAP. I would say about 3-4 days later my recruiter was able to land me a job that I have been satisfied with since day one. Again this is just my personal experience dealing with this recruiting agency. Thanks Addison Group!

This company reached out to me in the beginning of July after seeing my resume on zip recruiter and told me they were "impressed with my experience and resume" and wanted to assist in helping me find a job. I drove 45 mins to their location and was interviewed briefly by Stephanie. Stephanie was professional and nice in person but she told me she would reach out to me within the week and I NEVER heard from her and this is almost 3 months later.

I never heard from the lady who also interviewed me and was suppose to help potential job seekers like myself find a job in the medical field. This lady told me I couldn't get a medical receptionist job because I had no experience working with insurance even though I had 6 yrs of experience as an administration assistant for a treatment facility.

The positive: I found a job at a local hospital as a medical receptionist, no prob, all on my own. I left this place questioning myself and my capabilities for a second and then quickly got over it. Not to mention, they never reached out to me or called me even when they told me they could give me some advice on my resume and updating it. Extremely disappointed!

Lots of promises but in 7 months not one interview. Emily sends me an email to refer my friends to her a few weeks back. What an idiot. Like I would inflict their ineptness into my friends lives? Don't bother with these goofy people.

Great agency! I have worked with other staffing companies in the past and I feel there were always just empty promises. My recruiter at addison group really took the time to get to know me and what I was looking for, not trying to just fit me into a position that I was totally uninterested in (which was my experience with other companies). I was on a contract-to-hire position and now I am working with a company I wouldn't have known was out there otherwise. Very thankful for their time and expertise!

I was referred to the Addison Group by a friend whose son works for them. I met with one of the most exceptional recruiters I have ever had the pleasure of meeting - Mr. Coy Clark. Coy is incredibly intelligent. He tells it like it is and works extremely hard to coach and educate his job seekers on finding that right job. He has made my job search more enjoyable (if you can use "enjoyable" and "job search" in the same sentence), as he is the greatest advocate a person could have. Coy reflects the type of recruiters Addison Group is famous for. I've also had the delight of working with Julie Bowman on the temp to perm side. Addison Group is one of the most stellar employment agencies I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with dozens! If you are searching for your next opportunity, do yourself a favor and call them as you will be most satisfied with the results and support you receive.

Highly disappointed-wish I had read all these reviews before taking time to attend their bogus interview. During interview the recruiter noticeably doesn't mention the jobs I applied for so when I did, I received fake excuses why I wasn't right for them. uh huh But miraculously they present a job they had 'just' received that morning which 'I would be perfect for' and I was equally enthusiastic in return.

I sent the requisite 'thank you' follow up, receiving nothing in return. My update now 1 month later: I was never contacted about the mysterious opportunity presented to me, nor any other while they continue to post bogus jobs using the exact same description, changing only the locations. Thanks for wasting my time Addison Group and getting my hopes up.

Do not use this company if you're serious about finding employment! If I could rate this company ZERO stars I would! I drove an hour down to the DTC just to be treated as if I was wasting their time. The two recruiters I spoke with seemed totally preoccupied, didn't listen to a word I was saying as I kept having to repeat myself many times and they were rude and dismissive. Companies like this are the reason people dislike recruiters and staffing agencies. Oh and I forgot to mention, I never recieved one email or phone call follow-up. A complete disappointment and a total waste of time!

Worked with them for eleven months at a rate below my usual which was fine initially but I discussed a pay increase with three different representatives and they all stated that the issue would be broached at the end of the initial contract year. So it was somewhat shocking to me that when it was time to discuss a pay increase, no one would speak with me on the issue.

I made several attempts to get a straight answer but was always passed along to another person because the original person was no longer with the company. I quickly began to see this as an excuse on their part to avoid the issue of pay increase that was discussed earlier. Furthermore, one month before my contract was due to expire. I received another contract offer at the same rate.

I kindly explained that I was not comfortable signing on another full year at the current contract rate but I also explained that I would continue to work with them while they found me a position more in line with my skill set and rate expectations. However, shortly after that email correspondence, my contract was all of a sudden terminated. I will never work with this staffing agency again due to their lack of professionalism in dealing with the issue.

I actually researched their rates compared to other staffing agencies rates and their rates were consistently lower for all assignments across the board. They just are not equipped to deal with professionals that possess a higher skill set than the average job seeker.

Nice office.pretty much a total failbomb in terms of placing me somewhere though. My recruiter talked a good game and utterly failed to run with the ball when I handed it off to him, to use a football metaphor. The one place he was interested in placing me was in West Golden -- way too far a commute, especially via light rail. Another time he reached out to me with an opportunity, I replied back to him and was eager about it -- he never bothered to continue the communication. Soooo.not getting a lot of street cred from me; if I as a job seeker was treated this mediocre, you will be too. The door swings both ways, Addison Group.
