I cannot say enough about both Kathy Carroll and Cathy Parlapiano who own and operate Here's Help in Middletown. I actually just got an offer from a great company that they placed me with. In my previous position, I used their agency to fill an open internal sales position. In both instances, they were on top of the market and their candidates. I would highly recommend them. I recommend Here's Help Staffing & Recruiting because I have been happily employed for 3 years! Chris and the rest of the staff are welcoming, understanding, efficient, relatable and determined. They were was able to get me into 3 different interviews! They even did all the negotiating, which is arguably the hardest part. Lastly, I really appreciate how they handle the process. Getting a new job is stressful, annoying and mostly difficult.

Very good company, very nice people they found me a great opportunity, but unfortunately things were not going right on my end and I lost the job. I thought they would call me back or at least attempt to find out what happened on my end. They promise they would call me back once a new opportunity opened up. Never heard back from them! Truly sad this is why I only gave 3 stars. Didn't like the false hope that was given to me.
