My daughter Rayne is living on her own and is completely disabled. she is a priority 1 patient and this company is constantly leaving her alone. She can not cook, clean or go to the bathroom without help. If you are having these issues please contact me because I am contacting a lawyer and would like to gather multiple people to bring a case against them. This is disgusting. I am also contacting the state because I believe they are committing medicade and medicare fraud as well.

I was enrolled in the consumer directive program with Health Force to be a caretaker for a family member. The HR department, staff, and even the management are extremely unprofessional and incompetent at their jobs. They love to argue and talk down to you. This is a toxic work environment. If you're looking for a place for consumer directive or employment I would urge you stay away from Health Force. From looking at reviews going back 10 years health force has never handled or solved the issues that they been having for years.

We often didn't have coverage for my disabled veteran dad. The agency has lied several times and was called on it. They would send out aides without proper training on hoyer lift. Even sent an aide that was 8 months pregnant to services a man who is 6'3, 270lbs total assist, and not trained on his advances hoyer lift. We meet some wonderful workers who had to suffer with the employer unprofessional ways.

I don't recommend your services for anyone. Your agency called to tell our family we wouldn't have coverage during the holidays. During that call The regular eight voice that she was not scheduled to work on that day. This shows me that they purposely do not schedule people to save money on the holiday pay. At a face to face meeting one of the staff members tried to eyeball intimidate me. This is laughable because my dad and I our prior service members, I am a Marine myself.

My aide is great. we get along fantastically but as for health force, one or two of the scheduling coradinators are not so nice. one even said to me why do you keep making your doctor appointments on the day your aide comes. and i said well its not my fault that some of my doctors only work on certain days. good thing i am a nice person and did not get rude back. when I started having a aide 1 year ago, I was told by the head nurse at the time, that me and my aide where allowed to go for walks, go to the store, even go to wendeys for lunch, *********** as long as we did not pay for eachother or loan eachother money. now the new head nurse says we cant do that anymore that it was never on my care plan. and now he claims its a insurance thing. i am stuck in my apt in the winter 24/7 from dec until may. when the good weather hits me and my aide thought great we can go out, shop for food, maybe grab a sandwhich and bring it back and sit outside and eat our lunch.

I feel like a prisoner in my own home. my aid is here m, w, f, and tues and thursday rehab. I am very close to telling my casework, I just feel like saying heck with it, and give up health force. and maybe even not get a aide any more at all. i want this straightened our, i would hate to lose my aide.

Health Force was a LIFE SAVER. They helped me out when my wife became so sick and I couldn't care for her anymore. They send wonderful caring aides, and the nurse was very helpful and even gave me ideas of where else to go to help pay for the bill.

Received a call today from a woman in the office that basically not only harassed me but talked down to o me about me having to cancel an interview on Tuesday and it is now Friday. I did not want to tell her that I found a better opportunity elsewhere so I told her Tuesday that my paperwork wasnt up to par and that regrettably so I had to withdraw my application.she called me four days later to grill me as to why I didn't interview and told me that the reason I had given her was not relevant.she must of thought I was young and uneducated and desperate for a job when in reality I'm well intoy forty's and do in fact have a degree and left a very high paying job to do caregiving for a living.ladies do not waste ur time applying here.if this is the way they talk to people who don't even work there can u imagine how they treat you as an employee.for a whopping nine bucks an hour.sorry didn't put up with that when I was making twenty five dollars an hour sure as heck not even a consideration for nine.total harassment.

The absolute BEST! All staff were so professional and caring. My mother adored her aides and they treated her with such loving care. The RNs were so helpful when we called for advice and help and the Social Worker solved so many issues as we dealt with her declining health. They were there when we didn't know where to go or what to do! GOD BLESS THEM
