Was working a good full time, until I came to HT group. They were quick on getting me a job but it was temp. Gave me notice at midnight from unknown number saying my contract ended. Never got any follow up calls or anything just bugging me on my hours but won't help me even if I reach out to get another job.

Robert was amazing to work with as I worked with the HT Group to get placed in my current position. The pace moved quickly during the interview process and Robert was right up to speed ensuring I didn't miss a step. His follow up throughout each stage of the process was greatly appreciated.

I've reached out to Dave Benjamin, Claire Ariagga and David Perez via HT Group website, email and LinkedIn to connect and see if there were any roles they'd have available for me. It's very disheartening to not even receive a response as a job seeker. I understand the job market is hot right now which means the recruiters are hard at work handling placements, but I find it unprofessional to not even respond to someone especially when we'd already been in contact about roles prior.

Didn't even get follow up feedback on those opportunities. I know several other people who've had similar experiences but have had their reviews taken down. 10/10 do not recommend. Even the receptionist was rude and hung up on me.

I would find it most helpful if Claire was more patient and showed more kindness in speaking to customers. In person she was the same way I thought because she was busy at the time the day I was in the office but today she hung up on me so fast I was left holding the phone in my hand. I would suggest just slowing down and being more patient in her approach and conversations.

I had a wonderful experience with the HT group. It all started with the front desk staff, she was lovely, friendly and professional. Julianne in particular was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She gave me advise and the knowledge to conquer my interview process. Thanks to her I found a job in a new city in less than a week. She was amazing matching my skills to a position that I could excel in. I highly recommend the HT group and Julianne!

HT Group has placed me at two long-term engagements over the past 5 years. Of all the staffing firms I've done business with, they're the only one to truly follow through on promises. More importantly, they really take the time to know you and match you with the right opportunity at the right company. More recently, I worked with Julianne Lopez and she was a delight to work with.

She as very professional and encouraging throughout the entire process. She even checked in on me long after my first day. Talk about true professionalism and top notch service!

When I had an interview I was given a 2 week assignment right away. It was cut short to 1 week. They told me I may decline an assignment if not suitable. I declined one but wasn't given another. I called and emailed but for weeks but I wasn't offered anything. They told me to stay in touch but I didn't feel like I was in the loop.

HT Group in South Austin was very helpful with placement into a quick temporary contract role. The process took only a couple of days and was educated throughout the entire on-boarding. I worked directly with Marina whom is extremely knowledgeable, setting my expectations correctly for the role I would be assigned to. I recommend any qualified candidates in the South Austin area to reach out to HT Group for temporary contract work where needed. My only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star rating is the limited amount of open opportunities matching my skillset and desired salary available to apply for.

Melissa Jamison and Hannah Hunter are the worst recruiters, if you can call them that. They are liars, they tell you that you have a great resume then when you follow up, they stop responding to emails. Very unprofessional and they should be fired for being incompetent at their job. Unless you want to waste your time, stay away from the HT Group!

I loved working with the HT Group. I recommend Julianne Lopez. She listened to my career goals and recommended me to a company for which I'd be a perfect fit. Within a day, I had an interview at this company. All throughout the process, she was tirelessly supportive, genuine and responsive. I ended up getting the job, and though I decided on another company for which I was interviewing, she offered me tons of congratulations and commended me for following my heart. Typical employment agency - they talk to you and tell you how your resume looks SO great and how they have a job you'd be perfect for, then ghost you soon after. Advice: don't falsely lead on job seekers. Yes I understand it is all about market demand, but DON'T say someone is perfect for a job if you're not even going to put them through or even have the decency to reply.

If you can't help us, say so, not give us false hope then ignore us, and try to pass yourselves off as a good employment agency. I would've had more respect had the recruiter said "I'm sorry we don't have anything available for your skills but I'll notify you when I see an opportunity that you might like" (and actually do it). This place is so unreliable and the recruiter I was working with only talked big. Never going to go through them again when looking for a job.

Poor service to potential candidate with HR/Office Management experience, who was looking forward to quality work. Look at other agencies who will deliver on their word of getting back to you.

Interview and job offer in one day! Chrystal at The HT Group in Austin is PHENOMENAL! I just moved to Austin and before I even stepped foot within the city limits, she informed me of places I had to visit in my new neighborhood! In one phone call I felt more knowledgeable about places to dine and shop and we scheduled an interview- I wasn't even in Austin yet!

When I went in for my interview, she already had some places for me to work in mind. We talked and I left the office feeling hopeful. Later that day she called me (this was after her working hours ) to let me know that the company was interested in me and was eager for me to start the next day! HT group did a great job reaching out to me and responding to my profile & resume, within 48 hours I got a call from Crystal Long who asked me to come in for an in person interview. That same day crystal introduced me to two other recruiters who I had the chance to interview with as well (Joel Torres & Krystal Mattews) for different job orders in their pipeline. Can't get a return phone call to save my life. Found employment on my own. I have 4 friends moving to town and would not recommend HT to them. Sad since I was recommended to HT from a recruiter in California. So unprofessional.

Don't waste your time. 2 months ago I applied for a position that the HT Group had posted. I was called for an interview and given a link to an online test for Microsoft Word to take before the interview. I arrived the day of the interview and met with Chrystal. She seemed positive stating that I had a lot of good qualifications, I had done well on the test, and that I presented myself well.

She gave me her card and I was instructed to email her weekly to keep me "fresh" in her mind, and when a position came up she'd contact me. I've been emailing for 2 months and the only response I've gotten is some weeks she replies with just "Thanks". The last 2 weeks I've sent her emails with questions, and my emails were ignored. Needless to say, I will no longer send emails. If you're looking for work in Austin skip this agency.

It was my first job trough a staff agency and it was really good. The staff is really helpful, always the payments were always on time and they will help you if you are a good worker. I started in a temporary position and right now I got a full-time position with the company they connected me with. I'm very grateful that I came to the HT Group.
