At Goodwill, we believe that the opportunity to work can and does change a person's life. A job offers the independence that comes with a paycheck, increases self-esteem, and breaks the cycle of poverty.
Donations from people like you are the fuel that powers Goodwill's ability to create jobs and connect job seekers with employers. We turn your gently used clothing, household items and even cars and computers into revenue that funds our activities and results in thousands of job placements every year!
Goodwill Industries of North Florida is a local, not-for-profit organization that removes barriers to employment through training, education and career opportunities for the communities we serve. Goodwill employs more than 750 individuals in our retail stores, donation centers, corporate offices, laundry services, landscape operations and more!
In addition to providing jobs and employment training, Goodwill Industries of North Florida supports individuals who are ready to take the next step on the economic ladder by earning a college degree and/or certification. We support postsecondary education opportunities through programs designed for high school graduates as well as their parents and others who are motivated to seek and obtain higher-paying jobs.
