We are currently hiring for PCA's in the Winona, MN area. This is a direct hire position. As a PCA you will help aging and disabled individuals perform routine living activities. You will work in the home and help the clients with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, grooming, taking medication, .

Global provided PCA services for my daughter for well over two years. For the first year and a half, they sent mostly good PCA people, honest and caring. A couple were not adequate but the company continued to look for better staffing. For the last six or seven months, they could only send two teenagers. One of them was a food hoarder - I found empty boxes from juice and food under counters, tucked in corners, underneath a book case; and the other one was a thief.
My daughter's EarPods and several DVD's were stolen. I also found broken glass and bent wire from an antique coaster shoved in the bottom of a guest bed, long after these girls were gone. I continued to find empty juice and food boxes as well, long after the company was no longer in my home. When I began to give feedback to the owner of the company about the behavior of the girls, including the fact that one of them would not wear a mask at the start of the Pandemic and claimed the Pandemic was a hoax, and when I complained about the intrusive and unprofessional and boundary breaking behavior of the company nurse, the owner gave my daughter a two week notice to find another company. I would not recommend this company to any disabled person. The office staff was good but they were no match for Mark, the abusive manager of this company.
