My resume was seen on indeed or LinkedIn, Gill Staffing contacted me, I phone interviewed for job after filling out online application. Kari said to come in for in person interview and placement potential. After learning I was a felon, Kari said she'd get back to me after inquiring with a client. She never did get back to me. I sent 3 emails and tried calling today to discover my phone number is blocked! Instead of being professional and adult about decling me employment, they block my number and don't return emails. Dishonest and unprofessional was MY experience.

I moved to GR a little over a year ago to escape Florida which was blowing up with Covid and in employment collapse! I can attest to the firm belief that Michigan felt right almost immediately Finding Gil very soon after arriving to GR was a such a blessing for a guy like me with manufacturing skills from 20 years ago, but no current work resume as I have made a good living for years now as an Artist* Truly sad how many creating professions have suffered in this great economic ''reset'' in our midst. Gil, has felt like family right when I needed the gift of respect for a man wanting to work hard, but navigating the sometimes harsh employment environments that are the mixed bag of companies where work can be found. Being a Junior in college and an academic over achiever meant nothing to these people. Twice, I was given the worst possible jobs ever. I was placed with immigrants and prisoners and was stolen from at the job. For being an American, they gave better jobs to foreigners with great pleasure. It is insulting and I would never recommend this place to anyone. However, between Forge Staffing, Gill Staffing, Staffing Inc., and Arrow Staffing, I saved over $21,000 in 2 years, enough to return back to college.

The people of Gill Staffing are very friendly and helpful. I was without employment for over a month and decided to apply at Gill and they were able to find me a job in two weeks on my shift preference and at the pay rate I wanted. I love my new job and I couldn't be happier with Gill Staffing. :- I would definitely recommend.

I would like to express my highest regards for Gill Staffing. From the very first encounter with this company, everything moved smoothly and quickly. Gill Staffing offered me a full time position within a week, I had an opportunity to visit the location and run the job for half an hour 'before' making a decision to accept it, which I did. The pay is good, as I work through the 90 day probation period, almost accomplished.
This company then hires in permanent positions. Bonus. I received health and dental insurance in the first 30 days as a temp with Gill! I'm insured. Love the job and plan on staying. I just can't say enough about Gill, and I want to especially thank Nicki, my consultant, and Brooke. They have been the best ever. Try this staffing company, they can help you.
