Faith Medical Services was borne out of the desire to meet the ever-growing need in the healthcare industry. Paul, the owner, being a person of faith and with the vision to share his spirit of hospitality with those who need it incorporated the company in 2001. Faith Medical Services and its employees has over 50 years combined experienced to serve families in over 40 counties in Georgia.
Many Georgia residents continue to commute daily to the homes of their elderly relatives because they fear that they couldn't cover the cost of a professional home caregiver. But did you know that Medicaid can pay for the home care of your loved ones if you qualify? This way, you can have more time for yourself, and have the peace of mind that your relatives are cared for by one of our experienced home health aides.
We hire Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Direct support Staff (DSP) and experienced Companion sitters. Workers compensation liabilities paid by Faith Medical Services if the caregiver is injured in your home. We are not a "staffing agency" who simply just sent you candidates and leaving you with the burden of deciding the best fit for you.

Thank you so much for your amazing care! I was SO BLESSED to have Lena visit my home during my newborn. Lena provided EXCELLENT care! Her visits were prompt and always met with a cheerful and amazing spirit, full of laughter! We love you Faith Medical! Thank you for putting your heart into your work. This is the worst healthcare company I've ever work for. In order for me to learn my job to it's fullest I had to ask other admin employees. I requested training from management on multiple occasions and still never happened. Everyone is doing everyone's job per managements request which confuses the admin team, field staff, and clients. Management will have several meaningless meetings about change but there's no follow through.
Management is actually one person. It seems like that person does not mind how disorganized the company is being ran. Several of the administration team have complaints about how involve management is but no one has addressed these concerns directly to management. Due to the disorganization, the company relies heavily on management which gives that person a sense of job security. If proper training is done, the company could run without management being heavily involved.

I do not recommend entrusting the care of your loved one to this company. My mother was left unattended by two different aides from this company. We experienced several missed visits from the company. When I contacted the company concerning my mother's care and needs her assigned Care Cordinator was very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. No one including the owner was not helpful.
The 4 months my mom was with this company was a headache, my work days were interrupted when her caregivers were no shows or walked out on their shifts. The caregivers sent to my home were not trained.

What a fantastic place for home health care! Lena my nurse has been amazing. She is very nice and professional. She knows how to take care of patients. She has a calm demeanor. Which makes you feel calm. She makes you feel confident in her because she knows how to address problems and knows how to take care of your health needs. She communicates very well and lets you know what is going on with your medical issues.
She is honest. She makes herself available if you have any questions or concerns. She really cares about all of her patients. You can tell that she enjoys her job. Everyone I have dealt with or spoken to at Faith Medical has been informative, professional, and nice. This is an amazing place and I highly recommend them!

I got a nurse from this company for my dad and she did not do anything. She asked if he took his meds and never checked, after which he suffered with fluids on his lungs and heart and more. She didn't know how to cook so if his meals weren't delivered he either didn't eat or had to order out. She would order herself food and not him because the company did not reimburse for personal things.
She didn't like to watch news so he was left in his room to watch tv alone with no companionship which affected his mood and relationships with family members and friends. He uses a urinal and wasted it on the carpet so his room reeked when I stopped by and when I said something about it she stated that she doesn't clean carpets. Either this company needs to pay more for the work we need done or maybe explicitly explain that nurses are not allowed to do certain things per the company's guidelines in order not to face penalties and possible criminal charges because Faith Medical did not provide great service.

I have been with Faith Medical Services for 5 years now and l have no regrets whatsoever. My coordinators both past and present are amazing, dutiful and ready to help if l have issues with any of my clients. I'm blessed to be an employee of this great company. I've been very pleased with Faith Medical. Their Skilled Nursing Dept has provided excellent care for my brother during the past two years. Lena Gorman, their Nursing Case Mgr has been a wonderful asset in helping schedule special needed nursing visits for my brother. She's a real pleasure to work with!

Jennifer has been so helpful from day one. She pushed to find us help and get us approved. Then find a great hospice. Faith medical staff were helpful and nice also, very friendly. They were also so awesome at finding us the best care givers ever, truly. We would have been lost without them. I truly can't tell you how much they have done for us. I would highly recommend them!

This company has been one of the best companies I've ever had the pleasure to work for. Everyone here has been nothing less than family to one another. The owner and manager are unlike any other I've ever been employed by. Many times I've encountered bosses who didn't want to "get their hands dirty" or work hard to help the company progress but that is not the case here.

I had to give it one star to be able to write a review but this company does not even deserve that. They are incompetent and unreliable. Employees falsify time sheets which is government fraud if Medicaid/Medicare is involved. Staff does not show up or show up late leaving the client in a crisis. If you love your love one one bit- do not even consider this company.
