Great experience. Love the job placement. Quick responses with questions I've had.

I was referred to this place and everything seemed to be going fine at first. I took the test for the job I wanted and then got drug tested. The test came back negative and it wasn't explained why. I was only told that I should try to get another test taken and have those results faxed to their office. Every place that could test me weren't open until monday.

I had to have someone pull strings to allow me to have until 3pm today. I got to the first clinic (25 minutes away) to find out that I needed to be sent with paperwork before they could even see me. I then called up Heidi (the person I've been dealing with) and told her about it. She played dumb and then directed me to another place. I got there and found out after explaining my situation to the receptionist, I would need to pay $55 dollars essentially because I take antidepressants and bipolar control medications. I've wasted so much money and time on this for nothing. please go anywhere else if you take any sort of mood medication because this bs is a waste of time.

I wouldn't recommend them I had the flu and couldn't make basic skills training so I called to reschedule and I tried calling multiple times and they pretty much just said I'm on my own their not even willing to let me try to work through them.

I would advise against working for Denso through this employment agency. The woman working inside Denso for EG handles employees very poorly. She will very rarely actually answer the phone, and good luck getting a call back. Out of 6 calls over 10 days, she called me back once. When you are actually in the office with her, she complains that she's in a hurry and that you need to hurry up.

You get zero clarification of what you're getting yourself into job wise. What you are told by human resources, is completely different from what you are told by her, and then also different when you get on the factory floor. My training at EG and at denso wasn't followed at all on the actual floor. I was screamed at, heard sexual remarks, and pushed around by other employees on my first day.

I could not imagine what else would happen after being there longer. I brought it up to EG, and they're only option was "trying" to assign me someplace else. Acting as though that it may more may not happen. Realistically, the only way you are going to make a solid income working at Denso through EG is giving up your life and working 60+ hours a week.

You will be in pain because you have to stand in steel toed shoes (which by the way are $100 for a decent pair) until you hope you're feet get used to it. You will have issues with other employees and when you bring it up to your team leader they will laugh in your face. There is a reason EG is constantly looking for new employees for Denso.

Treat military members like people not some person who doesn't belong anywhere. As far as staff, your staff are nice. Your standards on how you deal with military leave is poor. I should have never been released no matter the conditions especially after giving my orders or releasing information regarding me leaving for military purposes. Don't recommend.
