I did my taxes and asked for an interpreter and they told me they didn't have one and they made a mistake doing them now I have to wait five months to receive the amendment they did anyway thanks for the help.

I have been out of work since Nov. 2021 d/t post Covid. Remain on oxygen. Was required to prove my identity and make it available within ten days, which I did. Several months later. Still waiting. All #s provided are computer prompts, never speak with a human. Dissatisfied

I told them I had a problem with doing the worksheet activity and they changed my password without giving me access to it. Now I can't file for unemployment. Great! I wasn't nasty or anything to them. I asked them nicely and I got screwed over. I'd give them a negative 10 if I could.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've been furloughed because of this god forsaken pandemic for 90 days and I haven't been able to get in touch with a real person this whole time no matter what time of day I call. They need to implement an email option or a call back list so that way each and every person who's experiencing this can be helped. This is why people hate government workers.

I filed for furlough unemployment that was suppose to be a rush situation. Now after a month still nothing. This local office no help when they certainly should be. They advise me through automation that I need to go to unemployment. Ohio.gov which is all automated and no help at all. The biggest problem with all places and situations like this is everyone to lazy so let's pass the buck. Shame on you and the rest of Government
