Emerald Employment has been very helpful as an employment agency for me. The sign-up and interview process was quick and easy, I got work through them within a couple weeks after the initial sign up. Pay checks come every week And the farms I have worked on have all been awesome experiences. As a farm labor I have gone to farms for a week to a couple months and always kept busy even if it was going to different jobs. the more flexible you are the more work you are likely to get as some places only need temporary work. ( some places also will be long term career type)Overall my experiences have been wonderful I've also met many people on the farms that are now good friends.

I would recommend Emerald to anyone as the work can vary from trimming, packaging, general labor, even farm management positions there's something for everyone here!10/10 stars
