Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness Heard about their very poor payment management to contracting companies. Were pretty decent before somehow recently its gone down.

I would not suggest them. In my experience, I have to echo what others were saying here. They are selling Agile like snake oil salesmen and don't understand it. Agile is a buzz word for them to make $ off of ignorant clients. They violated my NDA and made public my current employer that I am bound by NDA not to share. I could have been sued bigtime for this.

They also added things to my resume that were not true and when I called them on the unauthorized change I was told that if the client asks, tell them the truth. You know either way this is going to look bad for the consultant. As a hiring manager, they are blacklisted. As a Certified Agile Coach and instructor, they are bad actors and I would never work for them or let them represent me again. Seems I am not alone based on the other reviews here and on Glassdoor. Not trustworthy.

Eliassen doesn't return email or answer their phones. Its like talking to a wall, they don't care.

I'm very grateful to Eliassen Group for getting me a great contract, rate, providing excellent insurance, etc. Every interaction I had with them was satisfying. Great folks.

I was contacted by a "junior" recruiter from this agency a week ago today. She called me to "get more details" about my background, and I filled her in on everything she wanted to know. About 15 minutes after that call, she emailed me like we'd never spoken before, and asked if i could call her so she could speak to me about my background. I responded, letting her know we had *just* spoken.

She apologized, and then asked if I could add two things to my resume to submit me for a role because "the client wants to see this on resumes." One of the things she asked me to add I had flat out said I had 0 experience with, and I was not going to lie on my resume. Today, a week later, I get another email from her- saying she saw my info on Indeed and wanted to connect on the phone to get details surrounding my background.

How the heck did this person (for a SECOND time) not realize we'd already spoken? I have an extremely unique name - it's not like Anne or Amy or Jen. I emailed her telling her I never want to work with Eliassen again, and I also blocked her email so I don't continue to get spammed by her. Truly a waste of time!

I have been an IT contractor for 10 years and have never been offended by a recruiter call until they called today. They asked me my rate and decided im getting paid too much and said that can't be true and asked me to slash my rates by half when im not even desperate for a position. When I said I wont they proceeded to tell me I wont get a job in a very snobby manner. They just want cheap labor so they can make more money on top. Do not go with this company they will rip you off.
