Bad service the lady up front won't help only with excuses like it gonna take to long i can't help or i don't know. That is unprofessional I went to Athens by 4:45 and they got the job done they were eager to help me get my paperwork done instead of dragging out since 3 weeks I'm disappointed and Tyler workforce and I do not recommend anyone to go there unless they have to

What's has happened? The equipment is fine. The employees are look homeless and not anyone I'd seek help finding a job. This is so odd and discouraging in job search. Security is awesome! He's super nice and helpful. East Texas needs to clean it up and get serious about people in the community looking to them for help. What a shame.

Just not super helpful. I had to go to a class there for my unemployment. They "taught" us how to fill out all the online forms, which I had done 2 weeks earlier. The lady looking over my online profile was impressed that I had as much filled out as I did, and still had no job matches. I think their job entry department needs to work on getting more leads online faster. When a just did show up, I had applied for it 2-3 days prior. 2-3 days counts when they could have hired someone before I even knew about the job.
