Direct Labor is a full service staffing agency with over 40 years experience. Our mission is to be the best problem solving resource to our clients, a solid and responsible employer to our workers, a place for our staff to grow in skills and abilities and provide a positive contribution to the communities we serve. On occasion we have attempted to fill vacancies for some hard-to-fill positions.

Direct Labor has assisted our company in recruiting for those positions by bringing qualified applicants to us." "I would recommend Direct Labor and their Woodburn office staff to any other employer looking for help with their temporary labor force and other recruitment needs.
Services
We have two branches serving the Willamette Valley, one in Hillsboro and the other in Woodburn. We provide a full range of temporary workers, from construction and agricultural to landscaping, light industrial and clerical. Our objective is to fill 100% of our job orders. No matter the size of your business - large or small - we are completely committed to making sure your needs are met.
Focusing on the area's large wholesale nurseries, as well as the rapidly expanding construction industry in Washington County, we quickly became a major player in the temporary labor industry. We have since moved our Hillsboro location to a larger building located at 1049 SW Baseline, Bldg C #375, Hillsboro, OR 97123.
Concentrating on the area's food processing companies, such as egg producers and canneries, the Woodburn office has prospered and grown. Our client list also includes builders, contractors, nurseries and landscapers. Molly Drew is the Branch Manager of the Woodburn office of Direct Labor. She is committed to providing the Woodburn area and adjoining communities with excellent customer service.
Xan Hood's small clothing company relies on seven workers - but not a single one is on his full-time payroll. He's got two artists, two accountants, a photographer, a web consultant and a customer service representative - and they are all freelancers. If they were on Hood's payroll, their combined salary would probably have cost him $300,000 last year.

This agency is excellent! The people are professional and helpful. And they pay their temporary employees in a prompt, responsible manner. I take this information from a 'first hand' recommendation of a family member who is very satisfied to get his hard-earned dollars when promised. Thank You, Direct Labor! We appreciate your agency very much!
