By far the BEST temp agency! I am a dental hygienist who has tempted through them for a few months now at various offices. Every single person at Dental Power who speaks to you on the phone is so polite, professional, and goes above and beyond. When they text you about temp jobs they let you know the hours, amount of time per patient, what software they use, how long of a lunch you get, the rate of pay, and even when to expect your paycheck!
When you sign up online to their website you'll see a calendar where you can edit your availability at any time to let them know what days you can or cannot temp. They also have options online that ask you how far you're willing to travel, how much time you prefer to have per patient, etc. They also allow you to select what you are NOT comfortable with (for me that is left handed ops, and appts that are 30 mins or less).
This way they know not to ask you about offices like this. Overall, Dental Power is my favorite agency to temp through! So many offices I've been to have told me how great they've been at finding good temps. They have better temps than other agencies because they treat us so well! Thanks everyone at Dental Power! Every dentist that has a hygienist knows how difficult it is to fill that position if that hygienist calls in sick. Dental Power has a skill for recruiting very professional staff who do quality work. This is important to us as we have not always experienced this from other agencies.
