Deborah reached out to me regarding an opportunity. Initially, she was very engaged. I responded in a timely manner regarding background check, 3 interview request and reference check. I went through the entire interview process. Rearranging my schedule, etc to accommodate various request. After my 3rd interview, I was told that I would have an update in a few days.

Radio silence. I left a message for Deborah and Text with no response. Several days pass and I was finally able to get her on the phone. She advised that she didn't have an update but she would contact me by EOB. Still, never heard anything. A few more days passed and I sent her email that I wanted to withdraw my application. She responded, "oh the company is just getting back with me today and they are going to pass on you anyway. Sorry.". Now.

I'm OK with their decision because I decided to pull out the process too. My problem is, Deborah was very energetic and engaged when she thought I could potentially be hired for the role. When she realized that I wouldn't be a "sell" she disengaged from communicating with me. People aren't numbers. I took time out my life to accommodate the multiple requests made.

At the very least, Deborah could have contacted me and kept me in the loop. Its about relationship, not your pipeline. Rememer, you contacted me first. I won't be working with this agency again.

Worked with Kim, Kim & Jarah. All three ladies were very helpful throughout my time working with them as they tried to find the right company for me. Great communication, friendly and professional. Although, I ended up getting an offer elsewhere, they were very supportive! Will definitely be coming back if services are needed in the future! Thank you Delta Dallas!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value They're unable to read a resume. Not even joking, I have 7+ years of EA experience in Finance on Wall Street no less, and Jarah reached out on LinkedIn. She tried to tell me I only had 6 months experience. After making sure she was reading the right resume, I was able to confirm she is illiterate. Truly baffling experience!

Nice that they called back (thus, the rating). However, no one should be berated when looking for a job in a pandemic. That is low class. It is only when YOU do not have a job that you know what it feels like.

I went into my initial interview without a clue of what I was about to get myself into but it turned into such a great experience. Everyone I worked with at Delta was so helpful and made the experience much more enjoyable. I worked mostly with Kimberly Wright and not only did she consistently recommend me assignments that I genuinely enjoyed, she helped me find a new full time position that I love. I could not recommend this team more, they are great and always want the best for their people.

My experience with Delta Dallas was awesome! No complaints on my end. My interview process was very nice and inviting staff was so friendly. It was a warm welcome when I first arrived my interview process was very reassuring. I will refer anyone I know in need of a job to them.

My personal experience with Delta Dallas has been very rewarding so far. I've had the pleasure of working and communicating closely with Dana who is an absolute doll. I met a few of the other staff members who were all equally as kind. I can honestly say that out of all of the other staffing agencies I interviewed with, Delta Dallas was the only one that delivered. Dana was very prompt in her responses to me and was somehow able to work her magic to land me a temp job that I really wanted! I'm sincerely looking forward to continuously working with them to find the perfect permanent position for me. Also, I feel the need to mention that this is my first time ever going through a staffing agency and they made the whole experience much easier than I even anticipated and took the time to not only listen to me about my experience and desired role, but to explain the whole process to me.

I highly recommend Delta Dallas for anyone seeking employment. I was impressed with Delta Dallas from the beginning stages of my interview process. To illustrate the exceptional customer service and organizational techniques that Delta Dallas uses, I will start with the initial telephone contact. Shana Alegria, recruiter, conducted a telephone screening with me and after hearing about my background, she scheduled a face-to-face interview to have an in-depth discussion about my experience.

I received a confirmation email and calendar invite as soon as I hung up the phone with Shana, which I greatly appreciated. When I arrived for the interview, I was greeted with a huge smile from Amy, the front desk receptionist. Amy's friendliness and courteousness were welcomed because she kept me updated on Shana's whereabouts by periodically checking (and informing me) on her location.

I greatly appreciated this feedback. Shana is a skilled professional who focused on all facets of my career. She asked detailed questions to ensure the right placement, offered suggestions on how to summarize certain interview questions (for clarity purposes), asked about my career aspirations and highlighted the agency's current and future administrative vacancies. Straightaway, I received emails regarding onboarding documents & Microsoft employment assessments after the interview.

I completed all of these documents in a timely manner and scored very well on the tests. Even though I have not found a position, both Shana and I agreed, at the interview, on the types of positions that she would contact me about; she has certainly upheld this agreement. The professionalism of this agency is top-notch. If you're looking for a job, you should contact Delta Dallas.

I've struggled with writing this review simply because I don't like to think that certain types of people still exist in the world maybe it's the bubble I place myself in who knows. Needless to say my daughter was so excited to receive a call from this staffing service. Upon arrival she was of course greeted however after meeting with Shana she was left feeling degraded.

Her resume was submitted prior to the interview therefore Shana was well aware of her experience, job history etc. so if her not having 10 years of work experience at the age of 28 was going to be a problem then perhaps she should not have reached out to her. The focus of the interview shifted from placement, experience, knowledge and skill set to my daughter having what Shana called "fun hair" however we call them braids.

My daughter does have a facial jewelry aka "Monroe" which can be removed however right now she's unemployed. Shana goes on to tell her that blazers, trousers, skirts and office appropriate heels are recommended if one is expecting to be placed by their staffing agency. I've worked in corporate America for 25+ years in a 20 story building and I've seen this dress code she speaks of almost vanish. I've had managers and directors with tattooed sleeves, facial piercings, colorful hair aka fun hair, jeans and even knee length shorts added to the dress code and my resume insist of places that I'm sure she wishes would reach out to her agency for placement.

Perhaps if she'd taken the time to review the resume speak with my daughter about her experience at Jordan Healthcare, Cigna, Capital 1 etc she'd know that she does have experience and is only seeking employment due to a reduction in workforce. Someone who displays this type of or lack of professionalism should NOT be allowed in this position.

In my opinion part of her job getting to know the applicant, explaining that once hired the dress code is business casual, you will have to remove your piercing etc. Not tell the applicant your client base is more upscale and we won't be able to place you which to me means aka we don't want to work with a black woman with fun hair aka braids. Ever heard of diversity or Racial Sensitivity training it's safe to say Shana definitely needs it.

Dedicated All Women Staff! My interview with Delta was great. All of the women were hands on to helping me find a good fit job. I worked with Delta for a month and loved all the interview opportunities and finally settled for my first contracting job. Temp to Hire. Just have a great resume, good work ethic, and passion. These ladies will work with you.

I met w Kimberly over a year ago. Since then she has refused to return calls or emails. I have no idea why. Nearly 20 years experience as an EA. She is a master of deception I guess. Run to any other recruiting company for assistance in your job search. These folks are a joke.

What a scam! I've had 2 interviews with Delta, separated by 2 years. It is the same story both times- they post a job that "they" have available (they actually don't, but they don't tell you that they're a staffing agency). Then they have you fill out an online form before your interview. At the interview the Delta person rips apart your resume and tells you what you need to say and what you need to lie about.

Then the personnel says they have several opportunities for you and you need to complete assessments. Then Nada. No emails, phone calls, nothing! This place is such a waste of time and no one knows what their job title or position is there. The online forms are confusing and tells you that you have completed everything but the front desk person says you didn't fill them all out- oh but she'll see if the Delta person still wants to interview you. as if you're not already literally standing in their office for an "interview" with them.

And keep in mind this is an interview for the staffing agency- NOT a real job. There are several much more professional staffing agency in the DFW area that are worth your time- avoid this place!

Don't use this agency folks. I had an interview with some recruiters back in August (of last year). They seemed very friendly and said that there was a big chance that a job would hire me (after discussing my resume with them). Since the interview, I had not heard back from any of the recruiters. Every time I called the recruiters (which was every week), an automatic answer machine picks up. Absolutely ridiculous! Like I said, please skip this agency. The recruiters do not care about you at all.

I am new to a job market and relatively new to Dallas area. I got random call from 4 agencies: Beacon Hill, Aerotek, SuperiorHire and Delta Dallas. First two, don't even waste your time - they don't care, latter 2 - great and especially Delta Dallas! They found me a job within 1.5 and kept me busy temping the whole time. Also, they would call me at least 3-4 times a week with potential jobs and I felt like I was so well taken care of!

They read your resume and they really fins great matches - they pay attention to your needs, skills, strengths and weaknesses. Go with them and I can guarantee you that you will not need any other agency. They are working bees and they keep you busy while you and them are searching! Great service, great people!

Never heard from them after initial interview! I met with two very personable recruiters who seemed very optimistic and enthusiastic about finding me a marketing position. They told me they would have someone get back to me that afternoon with suggestions on my resume. They also had me fill out all of the necessary paperwork for employment as I was leaving, which lead me to believe they would find me a position quickly. And then. I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. I called my recruiter three times and she never returned my call. Do not use this agency.

I highly recommend Delta Dallas to anyone looking for employment in a clerical or administrative setting. I'm sure they are equally great in other departments, but this is the one I have had experience with. I was impressed with them from the moment I walked in the door. The have masterfully blended stylish professionalism with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

It can be done! I've been working with Dana for a short while now, and I am convinced she's a wizard. She seems to know everyone and everything, and she's always there when I need her. She is always friendly and helpful. Most importantly, I really feel like she is dedicated to helping me reach my goals. Who could ask for more than that? Do yourself a favor. Go with Delta Dallas.

I would 100% recommend this agency to anyone looking for a career and help obtaining employment. I will recommend Delta Dallas to business owners and managers as well. I can't believe what was previously posted, because I never had anything remotely close to that experience, which is HIGHLY unlikely to have happened. From the receptionist to the recruiters, I saw nothing but respectable and professional people.

I have worked with 2 other agencies and they do not compare to Delta Dallas. Delta Dallas is thorough and they work very hard to place strong candidates. I appreciate that they are looking to find the perfect match for their candidates and their customers. Look at the other reviews on google and city search, because they are spot on correct. Almost all of those reviews are 5 stars because this company is extremely professional. There aren't any other bad reviews that I have run across, out of many that I found.
