CSET

Community Services Employment Training is a non-profit agency established in 1976 to fight the War on Poverty. In 1986, CSET became the Community Action Agency in Tulare County, joining a national partnership of agencies to assist individuals and communities to achieve self-reliance. CSET inspires youth, families, and communities to achieve self-reliance through innovative pathways and collaboration. We share a vision for communities and residents to gain the knowledge, skills and resources needed to achieve the American Dream.
