Friendly staff but location should be downsized. Typical of New York State, this place seems like a waste of time and valuable resources. Despite the formality of visiting to retain benefits, you'll most likely only find success if looking for meaningless jobs with no special skills or education.

Just received a letter that my name and social security number were hacked from their system via "ransomware". No idea if this letter is legit or not as they haven't posted anything on their website. They were horrible when I was forced to used them many years ago. Maybe they should purge or encrypt peoples information, especially after so many years! Ridiculous!

People at this place take things personal and what I mean by that is that they understand and are willing to help any individual, so thank you.

Friendly & knowledgable staff! GO out of their way to help everyone regardless of career choice. Most of these negative reviews are a result of the customers failures to complete simple tasks which kinda shows why they can not find employment. It's ALWAYS someone else's fault

Biggest waste of taxpayer money there is. Unless your trying to find a job in the fast food industry dont waste your time. The "counselors" know absolutely nothing about the job market and give horrible advice.

If i could give it no stars I would. When you call you cannot speak with anyone the phone systems always dumps you into a message box. If you leave a message no one gets back to you. An employee told me that you cannot schedule appointments the computer does it so if you have to work. no appointment and you cannot reschedule you must wait for a letter to be randomly generated by their computer to be sent to tell you it is scheduled on. you guessed it! The same day you have to work.
