Our Test Kitchen is an ideal platform for chef candidates to showcase their culinary skills to potential employers and BMRS staff. The BMRS Test Kitchen is a one of a kind for the recruiting industry. It features a state-of-the-art commercial-style kitchen with a 48-inch Capital range and grill, two prep/sink areas, and three extension heat lamps over a large plating area.
