This place is Great! I came in, Marisol, (Recruiter), patiently walked me through the on-line application process. Marisol then interviewed me that very hour & I was hired! That was on a Thursday. Then, Josh, (Account Manager), placed me on a banquet assignment that was for that coming Sunday. On Friday, Bob, (Account Manager), signed me up for a job assignment that was only supposed to be a three week assignment, but it actually lasted more than two months.
Now I'm working with Annette, (Account Manager). She's Awesome! I love this job assignment she's placed me at! & in a few short weeks I'll be hired on as a permanent employees. Aurstaff kept me working until they found the job that best fits me. What an awesome experience!

If you're looking for a job don't waste your time with Aurstaff! Brandon reassured my husband he would have at least 2 interviews within a week. It's been over 2 months and he hasn't contacted him once with any prospects. My husband who has several years of telecom experience, a military background and will have his business degree within 6 mo. asked for feedback and he said, 'You just have to be patient.' Word of advice.
Stay in contact with your customers, provide constant feedback, don't give applicants false hope and most importantly act like you give a shit, even though you don't! Aurstaff, if you're looking for someone to represent your company, Brandon is not that person!
