Critical: Professionalism If you're a medical professional looking for a contracted work at any Dept. of Corrections facilities, make sure you let them prepare a written agreement that would highlight the pay rate you asked for.they reneged on that agreement and I only have myself to blame. I'm now looking to start again with another agency.

I cant seem to ever get in touch with them. Schedule online says 8 to 5. I call at 4 and they never answer the phone. So im guesing they must close at 4. Update. I finally got a hold of someone. They told me they close at 4. So thats why I could never get in touch with them when I get off of work. I spoke with a lady named Shauna. She was extremely helpful and amswered all of my questions.
