I have interacted with several staffing agencies over the past couple weeks and Vaco/Lisa Harris stand head and shoulders above the rest. Lisa did not pigeon-hole me based on my most recent job experience but actually took the time to listen to find out who I am and what I bring to a role and what I was looking for in my next role. With other agencies there's a sense that you are just another entry in their searchable database of candidates. While I was fortunate enough to find a role without assistance, Vaco/Lisa Harris will be my first point of contact should I need to look again in the future.
