So I applied for a housing case manager and she called me we talked briefly but shred valuable information back and forth the interview went so smoothly it was like talking to a friend what I like is that she listened to my needs and wants for employment then matched me as closely as possible to what I desired currently I'm processing applications for housing which is as close as it gets to what I ultimately want but I am happy about the pay rate the hours and the structure I like alliance and will be working with them long term

I was hired for position in Dayton, Ohio for a robotics company, passed the background and drug screen just to find out after a two week process, on my "first day" of work that my job fulfillment didn't exist. The company ignored my phone calls and voicemail, only one person called me back that day and it was the associate I had an issue with and he was only calling me to discuss the issue not the fact that they failed to notify me of the employer not hiring due to COVID. Which no one ever discussed with me or try to fix.
