Our experience with Advanstaff has been nothing short of great! We are a small company and undertaking an in house HR team is something we could not do. Advanstaff takes all the headache out of managing HR. Their platforms are simple to use and their staff is always available to answer questions. We also use them to process our payroll and our account manager, Maria, is amazing.

She immediately answers questions or requests and is very thorough at making sure our payroll needs are met. As a small business owner, partnering with someone who manages the HR needs an Payroll for your company is a little scary. It's hard to know who you can trust in this world. Advanstaff delivers on their promises and takes the fear and headache out of the processes!

I have been a satisfied client of Advanstaff for over 10 years. Michelle does our payroll and is very conscientious in handling our requests and prompt in returning messages. The HR department has been helpful in advising how to proceed with employee related issues, which is something that I don't have training in as a small business owner. I only wish that we had other options for health insurance beyond just the one company that dominates our community.

We have worked with Advanstaff HR now for almost a year. The transition for fully integrating our HR needs with Advanstaff was SUPER easy. The best part for our team, who are juggling multiple departments, was/is the prompt responses to questions and concerns. Phil, Barbara, Sterling and the rest of the team have been amazing to work with! Sterling and his team even came out to educate our entire team on the benefits that are provided and how to access them during our last training. First Class service all the way around! I cannot say enough about the experience I have had with Advanstaff HR over the last 5 years. Susan Blaisdell our payroll administrator goes above and beyond, always answers her phone and if a voicemail is left she calls back immediately. She is happy to assist with anything you need or put you in touch with the appropriate department. I feel confident in managing our business with Susan by my side! Sarah in benefits is also a godsend. Prompt replies and assists me with anything I need.

Some people work in the industry by simply (M) 'falling into it, ' getting comfortable, and never looking for a change. Others stay in that same business for the high-yielding income potential it produces while remaining comfortable but never hungry enough to take on any other challenges. Then there are some folks at Advanstaff who, weirdly enough, love and crave their business and everything about it day in and day out.

A company behind your little company and empower us through the HR challenges that face us in 2022. Michelle in payroll department may have the worst of it (M), to follow up with us and having to work off-hours our ship tight and running smoothly. She always accomplishes any request with accuracy, competency, and excellence that the human definition of perfect.

Pet sitter or an IT specialist, a caterer or a beautician, a contractor, or a mortgage broker, you have something in common with (M) all small business owners. Health insurance is expensive, and the smaller you are, the worse the plans offered and the higher the costs. But that stops with Amy, who manages our staff and benefits questions. One page, here you go!

Our CPA veteran will prep, draft, and file it for you. We will shoot you a check for the thousands in tax savings. RANDOM M's everywhere!? That was the point; executive & senior leadership is involved from the most specific items to some of the large and more complex items. They share business acumen after decades of experience. Specifically, Matt Richardson, who is their President & COO.

The guy is everywhere and has more passion for what they provide as a company than anything else. He's built one heck of a family at Advanstaff staff, The most striking demonstration of passion and human kindness, Jami Schulein started working with me at PIF Lending from day one, and she was the office gate protector and the best to have around. Sadly, she left us to work on some of God's bigger plans.

This was a close hit to home, and this was the first helping those who carry Jami's march forward with the life insurance process was completely foreign territory. Amy at Advanstaff jumped into action without even a blink of an eye; in a matter of a couple of weeks, the life insurance companies cut the check to her nephews/nieces and her sister and helped Jami deliver one last shock of wonder with the life insurance proceeds to her family.

I have been using Advanstaff for 10 years for my business, and they have been an incredible resource during all of those 10 years. They have knowledgeable staff in every area of HR, payroll, and benefits. I appreciate that they have longstanding employees, and that we work with the same individuals over many years who know us and our business. They were valuable and helpful when we had 5 employees, and they are just as valuable (and probably more-so) now that we have 120 employees.

All of my management team interfaces with them regularly, and they all agree that Advanstaff is helpful. They were ahead of the game during the COVID pandemic and notified us of government requirements and made sure we were in compliance. They were also aware and knowledgeable of stimulus opportunities and helped us take advantage of those opportunities, which helped keep our business solvent during that time.

The cost is reasonable and has saved us so many headaches. They are a true partner and an extension of our company. They are full of talented, available, knowledgeable, and helpful individuals. I have never regretted partnering with Advanstaff, as they are everything you would hope for from a HR, benefits, and payroll company.

Honestly, I wish I could give this place negative 5 stars. but I had no choice but to give away star because Yelp doesn't allow you to give no stars. I've worked for my current employer for about 3 years now, and they use Advanstaff for their HR needs. This is literally the worse HR company I have ever dealt with. They are constantly messing up on benefits, and causing complete chaos when payday comes and money is missing from checks with no examination.

They never give you any warning, they just take it and hope you don't notice. And good luck trying to get ahold of anyone or have them call you back when there is an issue. They pretty much hide away from all employees hoping the issues will just dissolve by themselves. Terrible company, they should be ashamed of themselves for the way that they conduct business. Totally unprofessional!

I was sent to AdvanStaff HR for an "orientation" as described by my post supervisor. I arrived at approximately 1:50 PM and was finished with the whole enrollment process by approximately 2:30 PM. The front desk receptionists were very polite, they were very quick to greet every person that walked through the door, including myself, almost immediately.

I signed in and proceeded to the adjacent room to begin the orientation, which consisted of very simple new-hire paperwork and a short power point presentation by a very helpful and polite office manager. Plus, they have a table with mints, snacks, toothbrushes, toothpaste, wet wipes and a mini fridge with small water bottles that every guest can help themselves to during the process. Overall, a very productive and courteous staff, clean and organized office, prime location right off of the 215 highway on Russell Road

Walked into the office and the front desk lady is not helpful at all. Very rude and she didn't even acknowledge me at all until I spoke first. She was on her cell phone texting. Very unprofessional for a professional work enviroment. She is a older lady and seems to be uninterested at all and just going with the motions. Maybe it's time to retire?
