Got fired from a job no explanation wouldn't give me a legit reason why did my job like I was supposed to never missed a day felt under paid when asked why I was fired told to contact an attorney worked a whole week for 200 and Tammy was entirely rude I know the real reason I was fired it was my job to fix potholes I called in a pothole we fixed it and I got fired for having a pothole fixed

Unresponsive. I was contacted & responded back to Lori the next day. She wasn't available & I was told she'd contact me back. I never heard anything back. Try Randstad or Workforce Unlimited, great agencies.

Action laid me off because of someone's else's mistake on Assembly line I explain what happened didn't care and I worked on machine for years 2011 - 2021 and I started on plantation.cei to Revlon Salem. I made everyone s day.when I was there I mean everyone.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Don't get Rob Preddy if you're trying to find a job. He'll go on about Elisabeth Arden even if you're asking about other jobs and not let you pick anything other than what he wants. He's rude and disrespectful. Won't be coming back.

This group of strong individuals are the most professional individuals I've come across in years. They responded to my resume quickly asked for me to come to their office to fill out forms. Then at the office they were very thorough with me so I knew 110% what to expect. They told me it may be a few days but by God 3 days later I was called for an interview at the agency they were working with. Now although I did not accept the job due to another offer I'll for sure direct others to job search through these folks! Well done!

Good company to work for, very nice staff. However they need to be more diligent about not sending people to places that unbeknownst to them they are on a Do not return list then letting them work all the way up until a layoff without informing them beforehand they won't be brought back at the end of the layoff. Had I been informed I could have been seeking alternative employment instead of being left unemployed with bills and a means to support your family right before the holidays.

Totally unprofessional to allow that to happen to somebody when it was preventable. Also Virginia is a right to work state and Do not return lists actually infringe upon those rights and violate state employment laws.

Hi, Action Personnel is a Great place to work for. I've been an employee since August of 2017, at the same work site. My review is a personal one, because about 2 or 3 months ago while at work on the site i was working, the nerves on the right side of my face stopped working. I had Bales Palsy. Action Personnel or Ms Pam as i call her paid for a cab to the Hospital to make sure i was okay. Action Personnel took a chance on me with work when others wouldn't because of my past. If anyone wants work and is committed then Action Personnel is the place to be.

Action goes above and beyond for their workers and clients. I witnessed the Action staff hosting dinners during holidays, providing cupcakes and treats for workers to show their appreciation, they promote within and try to help their workers move up with positions. They helped me find some part time work and treated me like family a few years ago. There is no other agency that cares about their clients or workers like Action Personnel.

I have worked for Action Personnel since 2006, it's by far the best place I have ever worked! I contribute our success to how we treat people. Folks walk through our doors, sometimes going through the hardest times of their lives and need help finding a job so they can get back on their feet. Action does just that!
