I had a appointment this morning. Got there on time went to the door and the sign stated to wear a mask and ring the bell on the door. The rep came to the door and asked how she could help, let her know I had an appointment. She asked for my ID to make copies, well I started to look in my bag for my ID and was having a little trouble finding them standing outside in the misty rain in 40 degree weather.
I asked her if she was goning to let me in or was I suppose to stand outside while she made copies. She stated they were a small office and they could not afford to get Covid. How unprofessional. If they were not going to let me in they should have let me know that when I made the appointment. There were no other applicants in the office when I got there or so it seemed.
There were no cars in the spaces in front of their office. If they wanted my ID and you were not letting me in the building they shoud have told me in advance that I would have to sit in my car and let them RUN away with my ID. I dropped wallet, coat and check book on the ground trying to find those items. If I was in the building this would not have happened.

I went in to inquire about using this service. The lady was very unfriendly and dismissive. She also told me that my wife and sleeping baby we're not even allowed in the waiting room. I was very much offended. Searching for a job is stressful enough without having to deal with rude and offensive people!
